Restwood Terrace Mobile Home Introduce
For individuals searching "RV Parks Near Me" with a strong inclination towards long-term residency in a manufactured home community, Restwood Terrace Mobile Home in Circle Pines, MN, presents itself as a significant option. Located at 3631 91st Dr NE, Circle Pines, MN 55014, USA, Restwood Terrace is a manufactured home park designed to accommodate permanent or extended-stay residents in their own manufactured homes, distinguishing it from typical transient RV parks. Interested parties can reach the park management by phone at (763) 786-7366 or via mobile at +1 763-786-7366 for inquiries regarding available lots or homes.
The environment of Restwood Terrace Mobile Home is characterized by its residential layout, consisting of individual lots where residents place their manufactured homes. A key aspect of its environment, as highlighted by a resident review, is its "really great community really quiet not busy at all." This suggests a peaceful and tranquil living atmosphere, a highly desirable trait for many seeking long-term residency. The quiet nature of the community contributes to a sense of calm and can be particularly appealing for families or individuals looking for a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle of more densely populated areas. The overall setting aims to provide a neighborhood feel, with residents typically maintaining their own yards, contributing to the visual appeal of the community. Circle Pines, Minnesota, itself is a suburban city that offers a blend of natural beauty and convenient access to amenities within the greater Minneapolis-Saint Paul metropolitan area, which enhances the general environment of living in this location.
In terms of services and features, manufactured home parks like Restwood Terrace typically provide essential infrastructure for manufactured home living. This includes utility hook-ups (water, sewer, and electricity) for individual homes. Residents generally own their manufactured homes and lease the land (lot rent) on which their home is situated. The management of the park is responsible for the upkeep of common areas and the overall infrastructure. However, resident feedback brings to light significant concerns regarding changes in services and a consistent pattern of rent increases. One review states, "Constantly raise rent, while also taking away free cable, lawn fertilization. Raisin rent while not doing anything to justly cause it is not fair. Just greed." This highlights a tension between the perceived value provided and the cost of living within the community. While a quiet environment is a positive feature, the reported reduction in amenities that were once included, such as free cable and lawn fertilization, coupled with rising rent, can significantly impact resident satisfaction and the overall value proposition of living in Restwood Terrace.
Restwood Terrace's position within the "RV Parks Near Me" category is defined by its focus on long-term manufactured home residency. Unlike a recreational vehicle park that caters to temporary stays for RVs, Restwood Terrace is designed for those seeking a more permanent home. This distinction is crucial for understanding the type of living experience offered. Residents often form a community, and the emphasis on a "great community" and "quiet" environment suggests that social connections and a peaceful atmosphere are valued aspects of living here. The primary service offered by such parks is the provision of a managed plot of land for a manufactured home, including access to essential utilities and a community framework. Adequate parking for residents is typically provided at individual home sites.
Promotional information for manufactured home parks typically highlights the advantages of affordable homeownership compared to traditional housing, the sense of community, and the convenience of a managed environment. For Restwood Terrace, the "quiet" and "not busy" atmosphere would be a significant promotional point, appealing to those seeking a serene residential setting. However, any promotional claims would need to be balanced with the resident feedback regarding rent increases and the reduction in previously included services. Transparency about current lot rent, what exactly is covered by the rent, and any future plans for amenities would be critical for prospective residents. The park's location in Circle Pines provides residents with access to local schools, shopping centers, restaurants, and recreational facilities in the surrounding area. Circle Pines is part of the Anoka County area, offering a range of employment opportunities and access to the wider metropolitan area through convenient transportation links.
For potential residents, considering a mobile home in Restwood Terrace involves weighing the appealing quiet community environment against the reported issues of escalating lot rent and diminishing included services. It is essential for prospective residents to inquire directly about the current lot rent, the specific services and amenities that are currently included in that fee, and the history and future outlook of rent adjustments. Understanding the terms of the lease agreement and the policies regarding maintenance and community services will be vital. A direct visit to the community would also allow individuals to assess the current physical condition and overall atmosphere firsthand.
In conclusion, Restwood Terrace Mobile Home in Circle Pines, MN, offers a tranquil and quiet manufactured home community environment that appeals to those seeking long-term residential living. While it provides a peaceful atmosphere and essential utilities for manufactured homes, prospective residents must be fully aware of the reported pattern of rising lot rent and the reduction of previously offered amenities such as free cable and lawn fertilization. For individuals searching "RV Parks Near Me" but specifically looking for a permanent manufactured home solution, Restwood Terrace is an option, but a thorough investigation into the current management practices and fee structures is highly recommended to ensure it aligns with their long-term living expectations and budget.

Jul 20, 2024 · Jacob Reinholdson (Jake)My kids live here and the pros - it's next to a park, on street lighting thru-out, you can have a shed, for the majority of community its quiet and peacefull. Cons - rents too high compared to mobile home park across street, you cannot work on your vehicle even if you have a driveway, the manager runs around like a high school bully - yelling, getting up in your face, drives up quick on you to give you a piece of his mind especially if he's already angry.
Apr 10, 2021 · Wade EI really love living here is a quiet piece of humanity the kids are well-behaved the management really cares about the people in their park if your baseball games going on all the time festival the only noise level and it's kind of fun to your kids laughing and playing the park manager does not give you reasonable accommodation for disabled he's always on you about stuff that you can't do

You are allowed one shed on your property. Fairly nice size shed. Crewfew is 9pm in the park. Park is mostly made up of elders and familys.taxes are low because you are in anoka county. Oweners are very easy to work with. Park manager is gruff but fair as long as you are not a douche bag.
