Seaway Ranch MHC Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Marysville, Michigan area, Seaway Ranch MHC, located at 50 Mack Ave, Marysville, MI 48040, USA, is a manufactured home community that may offer accommodations for RV travelers. You can contact them at (810) 824-4588 or +1 810-824-4588 for inquiries regarding the availability and terms for RV sites. However, it is crucial to consider recent customer reviews that provide insights into the community's atmosphere, rules, management, and amenities.
One reviewer describes Seaway Ranch MHC as a "quiet community," which could be appealing for RV travelers seeking a peaceful environment. However, this positive aspect is immediately contrasted with a significant restriction regarding children's activities. The reviewer states, "...you have to make sure you don't have kids that like to ride bikes to live here if they are in the yard you'll get a notice that they need to be put away even if they are hidden behind your porch and not noticable from the road." This suggests a highly restrictive environment for families with children who enjoy outdoor activities, even within the confines of their own lot. For RV travelers with children, this rule could be a major deterrent when considering Seaway Ranch MHC among "RV parks near me."
Another significant concern raised by the same reviewer is the issue of yearly rent and water bill increases. They note, "...lot rent and water bill go up yearly so in October lot rent goes up because of the water and in January because of the people that own it." This indicates a pattern of regular and potentially unpredictable cost increases, which could impact the affordability and budgeting for long-term RV stays. For those seeking stable and transparent pricing among "RV parks near me," the prospect of yearly rent hikes is an important factor to consider.
The amenities for children also appear to be lacking. The reviewer mentions, "The park for kids is laughable used to have basketball net but now just an empty slab rings are missing from the playscape." This suggests that recreational facilities for children are either poorly maintained or have been removed altogether. For RV travelers with families, the absence of adequate and well-maintained play areas could be a significant disadvantage compared to other "RV parks near me" that offer better recreational options for children.
Another reviewer raises concerns about the management, stating, "The people that work there are not very nice especially the lady in the office during the day." This suggests a potentially negative experience with the administrative staff, which could impact the overall satisfaction of residents and RV guests. The reviewer further notes that this office staff member is "really picky toward certain people in the park," indicating potential inconsistencies in how rules are enforced or how residents are treated. For RV travelers seeking a welcoming and fair environment, negative interactions with management can be a significant drawback.
The same reviewer also mentions a concern regarding the office staff's display of political signs, stating, "...she use to have a lot of political signs in her front yard (which I personally don't think someone who work's for a company should do)..." While this is a subjective observation, it could be a point of consideration for individuals who prefer a politically neutral environment in a community they are residing in, even temporarily as RV guests.
The issue of yearly rent increases is corroborated by the second reviewer as well, who simply states, "...and the rent goes up every year." This reinforces the concern about the long-term affordability and predictability of costs associated with staying at Seaway Ranch MHC.
Based on these reviews, the environment of Seaway Ranch MHC can be characterized as quiet, which may be appealing to some RV travelers. However, this tranquility comes with potentially restrictive rules, particularly for families with children. The yearly increases in lot rent and water bills could also impact the overall affordability. The reported issues with the children's play area suggest limited recreational amenities for families. Furthermore, the negative feedback regarding the office management's demeanor and potential biases could detract from the overall experience of living or staying in the community.
Information regarding specific services and amenities for RV travelers is not explicitly mentioned in the provided reviews. It would be prudent for those considering Seaway Ranch MHC among "RV parks near me" to inquire directly about the availability of essential hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer, as well as other common RV park amenities like laundry facilities, restrooms, and the size and type of RV sites offered. The condition and upkeep of any such amenities would also be important to ascertain, especially in light of the reported issues with the children's play area.
Features of Seaway Ranch MHC that can be identified from the reviews include its quiet atmosphere, although this is coupled with restrictions on children's play. The yearly rent increases are a notable financial feature. The limited and poorly maintained children's play area is another feature to consider for families. The reported demeanor of the office management is a significant aspect of the community's social environment.
Currently, there is no promotional information available for Seaway Ranch MHC in the provided reviews. The feedback focuses on the community's rules, management, and amenities rather than any special offers or incentives. Therefore, prospective RV visitors should contact the management directly at (810) 824-4588 or +1 810-824-4588 to inquire about current rates for RV sites and any potential discounts for short-term or long-term stays.
In conclusion, while Seaway Ranch MHC in Marysville, Michigan, offers a quiet community setting, potential RV travelers should be aware of the significant concerns raised in customer reviews. The restrictive rules regarding children's play, the yearly increases in rent and water bills, the limited and poorly maintained children's play area, and the reported negative interactions with office management are all important factors to consider when evaluating this option among "RV parks near me." It is highly recommended that interested individuals contact the management directly to seek clarification on these issues and to inquire about the specific services and amenities available for RV guests before making a decision. The potential drawbacks highlighted in the reviews may make other "RV parks near me" in the Marysville area a more suitable choice for some travelers.

Quiet community, I will keep that but you have to make sure you don't have kids that like to ride bikes to live here if they are in the yard you'll get a notice that they need to be put away even if they are hidden behind your porch and not noticable from the road. Lot rent and water bill go up yearly so in October lot rent goes up because of the water and in January because of the people that own it. The park for kids is laughable used to have basketball net but now just an empty slab rings are missing from the playscape.

Dec 08, 2022 · Edward EagleManagement is a joke. The place is gross. They hire random people to fix issues in the cheapest ghettoest ways possible to save them money. I live over by there and had a few complaints about what I’ve seen but you can only go into the office Monday/Wednesday/ Friday between 10 and 1. It’s so unprofessional. I thought they were trying to build this place up but the managers house looks the most gawdy and deserves the white-trash award.
Sep 12, 2022 · B WilliamsI would stay clear, the owner is really clueless to about alot of things, I was told they would do a soft pull on my credit it was a hard pull. I had a bk discarded in 2017 it shows up on my credit report as such and she said she needed a copy of the discharge from my lawyer, she said something about there being a law that says if some one asked me for it I have to by law provide said form, um sorry this is the 21 century USA not France 1710 I'm Johnvaljohn (did I spell that right). We just needed a cheap temporary place to hold up while we open a new business location. Oh yeah that was a issue as well, she wanted 3 years of tax returns and bank statements proving income to rent a 800 a month double wide with no a/c. The application said all she needed was 2 paycheck stubs. If she is this difficult to work with now image the first time you contact her with repair issues. I would stay clear if I were you. There are better options.
Jul 27, 2019 · James RadfordThe managers or owners, or whatever they are (deb and her husband) are so rude, and unprofessional. My name was still on a title of a trailer that my ex husband ended up not paying rent on and they forged my signature on the title and never contacted me to handle the situation. I left because he was abusing me, and there was 3 calls into MV police about abuse and by law they had to contact me, but never did. They kept the abuser in there who did lines of coke and crushed up prescription pills on the kitchen table and what do u know, he got kicked out a few months later for non payment of rent. Lol
