Based on the available customer reviews, St. Clair Place appears to have significant challenges. Multiple reviewers have expressed highly negative opinions about the park's condition, management, and residents. One reviewer described the place as "a dump" and stated that the management's expectations are "way too high for a place that is complete trash." This review also characterized the manager as "very rude" and reported issues with theft within the park. The reviewer further commented negatively on a large portion of the residents and criticized the management's inconsistent enforcement of property maintenance, noting that residents who maintain their lawns face complaints while neglected properties are seemingly ignored. The rent was also deemed "way too high" even for those who own their homes within the park.
Another review echoed these negative sentiments, calling St. Clair Place "absolutely one of the worst places I've ever seen." This reviewer highlighted the presence of pit bulls and other dogs roaming freely without owners picking up after them. They also mentioned that many of the older mobile homes appeared to be in poor condition and observed trash on residents' porches. Furthermore, this review noted loud noises early in the morning from mufflers and described some neighbors as "very rude and disrespectful." While acknowledging that new mobile homes are being introduced, the reviewer believes that the overall negative environment will persist without a change in the "class of residents." The only positive aspect mentioned was the location of the park.
Considering the platform category 'RV parks near me,' it is unclear from the provided information whether St. Clair Place specifically accommodates recreational vehicles. Mobile home parks primarily offer long-term or permanent placement for manufactured homes. However, some mobile home parks may also have designated areas or policies for RVs, either for short-term stays or longer-term arrangements. Individuals searching for 'RV parks near me' in the St. Clair area would need to contact St. Clair Place directly to inquire about their policies regarding RVs, including availability, hookups, and terms of stay.
To provide a more structured overview based on the limited and overwhelmingly negative feedback:
Environment: The reviews paint a concerning picture of the environment at St. Clair Place. One reviewer described it as "complete trash," with visible issues such as poorly maintained properties, trash on porches, and concerns about unleashed animals and lack of pet waste cleanup. The noise from loud mufflers early in the morning also suggests a potentially disruptive environment for some residents. While one reviewer mentioned the location as the only good thing, the overall environmental description from the reviews is negative.
Services and Features: The provided information does not detail specific services or features offered by St. Clair Place. Typically, mobile home parks provide basic utilities like water and sewage connections. Some might offer additional amenities such as laundry facilities, playgrounds, or community rooms. However, based on the reviews, the focus seems to be on the negative aspects of management and the overall condition of the park rather than its services or features. Prospective residents would need to inquire directly about what is offered.
Community: The reviews suggest significant issues within the community. One reviewer used derogatory terms to describe a large portion of the residents and reported instances of theft. Another described neighbors as "very rude and disrespectful." These comments indicate potential challenges with the social environment within St. Clair Place.
Management: Both reviews are highly critical of the management. Complaints include rudeness, inconsistent enforcement of rules regarding property maintenance, and a perceived prioritization of lot payments over the overall upkeep and well-being of the community. These are serious concerns for anyone considering living in the park.
Given the strongly negative feedback from the available reviews, it is difficult to identify any positive promotional aspects of St. Clair Place based solely on this information. The reviews serve as a cautionary note for potential residents. If you are a local user searching for 'RV parks near me' or considering a mobile home park in St. Clair, Michigan, it would be prudent to thoroughly investigate St. Clair Place by visiting the property, speaking with current residents (if possible), and directly engaging with the management to understand their perspective and any plans for addressing the issues raised in these reviews.
In conclusion, the available online reviews for St. Clair Place present a very negative portrayal of the mobile home park, citing issues with management, the condition of the park, the behavior of some residents, and concerns about safety and noise. While the location was mentioned as a potential positive, the overwhelming sentiment from the reviews is unfavorable. Anyone considering St. Clair Place should proceed with significant caution and conduct thorough due diligence.

St. Clair Place Reviews
this place is a dump. and their expectations are way too high for a place that is complete trash. The manager is very rude. And there is so much theft. 90% of the people who live in this park are white trash and I do not recommend this park to anybody. People who actually take care of their lawns the manager will take pictures and complain about a lawn mower or something in the yard. But there are houses that are half-painted their yards are destroyed and they let their animals run free and the management doesn't say anything and the rent is way too high even if you own the place. Management needs to get their priorities straight
Nov 05, 2023 · Teddy MarieAbsolutely one of the worst places I've ever seen. Pit bulls and other dogs all over. No one seems to pick up after them either. The older mobile homes should have been condemned long ago.Trash all over residents porches. Loud mufflers early in the morning. Very rude and disrespectful neighbors. They can put new mobile homes in but until they get a better class of residents, it's trash town. The only good thing is the location.
Apr 02, 2020 · fancysickPatti stichedBartonThis community is the worst! I was denied a lease renewal even though my rent was paid up. With Covid happening and me having a special needs child that was homeschooled I couldn’t work but agencies paid my rent until I got myself together. Now the company is saying no new lease because I needed help paying rent that they got paid! So my child and I are basically homeless! Update: the responses that are from “the owner” are really just generated replies. This company could careless and management care more about taking in homeless dogs than keep families with a roof over their heads.
May 04, 2022 · Gina ThomasThis mobile home park has the possibility of being very nice however the management and Owners had neglected to set basic standards for the quality and up keep. The park displays new nicely maintained mobile homes next to forty year old dumps. If they ever figure it out I will let you know.
Apr 28, 2019 · Dan GizarThis is a nice location for a mobile home park but if I were looking for this type of housing I would probably look elsewhere. My reason for this would mostly stem from the condition of many of the homes. There are several single wides as well as double wides that are in need of attention. Not to say there aren't some nice homes but I believe the condition of many of the homes deters from the appeal of all the homes. I personally have a family member who lives here so I have visited many times over the years and unfortunately think it has worsened. Not to seem like an old fart, but there also seems to be a fair amount of younger tenants and the activities that goes along with them. Just my own personal feeling .
