The Valley Introduce
Welcome to The Valley, a prominent mobile home park nestled at 5100 Round Lake Rd, Apopka, FL 32712, USA. For those searching for "RV parks near me" or considering a long-term mobile home solution, The Valley offers a unique living experience in Central Florida. This community provides a blend of convenience and a relaxed atmosphere, catering to a diverse range of residents.
The Valley is situated in Apopka, Florida, a city known for its natural beauty and a growing suburban environment. The park's location on Round Lake Road provides relatively easy access to local amenities, including shopping centers, dining options, and essential services. Apopka boasts a variety of parks, lakes, and recreational opportunities, allowing residents of The Valley to enjoy the outdoors. The proximity to major roadways also facilitates travel to neighboring cities and attractions within the greater Orlando area, making it a strategic choice for those who value both local charm and regional accessibility.
As a mobile home park, The Valley primarily caters to individuals and families seeking permanent or long-term residential solutions, differentiating itself from short-term RV campgrounds. However, for those searching for "RV parks near me" with a desire for a more settled lifestyle, or for individuals looking to transition into mobile home living, The Valley presents a viable option. While specific RV site availability for short-term stays would require direct inquiry, the core offering is focused on mobile home lots for long-term residency. This includes providing the necessary infrastructure for mobile homes, such as utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity), and maintaining common areas.
The environment within The Valley is characterized by its organized layout and generally well-maintained grounds. Reviewers often highlight the visual appeal of the park, describing it as a "Beautiful Trailer park." This suggests a commitment to upkeep and a pleasant aesthetic throughout the community. The roads within the park are typically paved, and individual lots are designed to accommodate mobile homes, often with small yards or spaces that residents can personalize. The overall atmosphere aims to be welcoming and communal, fostering a sense of belonging among its residents.
When it comes to services, The Valley focuses on providing a stable and comfortable living environment. The primary service offered is the rental of mobile home lots. This includes the provision of essential utilities, though the cost of these utilities may vary and are typically the responsibility of the resident in addition to the lot rent. The administrative staff, located in the main office, plays a crucial role in the daily operations of the park. Customer feedback indicates a very positive experience with the staff. One resident specifically noted, "The staff in the main office is a pleasure to work with and always nice and seem to always be in a great mood! I look forward to working with them again in the future! Thank you!" This highlights a strong commitment to customer service and a friendly, approachable management team, which is a significant factor for residents seeking a comfortable and well-supported living situation.
Features of The Valley, beyond the basic lot rentals and administrative support, contribute to the overall living experience. While specific amenity details like swimming pools, clubhouses, or recreational facilities were not provided in the given information, mobile home parks of this nature often offer a selection of common areas for residents. These might include laundry facilities, community rooms, or landscaped spaces for relaxation. The presence of a community, as noted in the reviews, is a key feature. This community aspect can lead to social interactions, shared activities, and a sense of neighborhood camaraderie, which is often a significant draw for residents of mobile home parks. The park's design allows for a blend of private living spaces and shared community infrastructure.
Promotional information, while not explicitly detailed in the provided text, can be inferred from the nature of the park and the services it offers. For those looking for "RV parks near me" for extended stays or permanent residence, The Valley promotes itself as a stable and friendly community. Its appeal lies in offering a more affordable housing option compared to traditional site-built homes in the Apopka area, combined with the benefits of a managed community. The positive feedback regarding the office staff serves as a strong promotional point, indicating a responsive and pleasant management. The general tidiness and beauty of the park, as observed by residents, also contribute to its attractiveness. Potential residents are encouraged to contact the park directly for current lot availability, rental terms, and a complete list of amenities. The phone number for inquiries is (407) 880-1212 or +1 407-880-1212.
It is also important to address the nuances of community living, as indicated by one resident's review: "People With a few exceptions are nice. But there is a element of haters in this community. That if I would have known about before moving in. Would have had me personaly considering looking elsewhere." This candid feedback suggests that while the majority of residents are pleasant, like any community, there can be interpersonal dynamics that potential residents should be aware of. It underscores the importance of visiting the park and, if possible, speaking with current residents to get a comprehensive understanding of the community culture before making a commitment. This transparency is crucial for managing expectations and ensuring a good fit for new residents.
Furthermore, the review also notes, "Also expect your lot rent to increase every year. With no increase of amenities.." This is a common practice in many rental communities, including mobile home parks, where operating costs and market conditions can lead to annual rent adjustments. Potential residents should inquire about the typical frequency and percentage of rent increases, as well as the park's policy on communication regarding such changes. While the review mentions "no increase of amenities," this highlights the importance of understanding what services and features are included in the lot rent and how they may or may not evolve over time. This information is vital for long-term financial planning and understanding the value proposition of living at The Valley.
In conclusion, The Valley mobile home park offers a comprehensive living solution for those interested in long-term residency in Apopka, Florida. With its convenient location, positive staff interactions, and a well-maintained environment, it serves as a viable option for individuals and families. While it primarily caters to mobile home owners, its services and community aspect align with the broader needs of those searching for "RV parks near me" who are looking for a more permanent or extended stay. Prospective residents are encouraged to contact The Valley directly at (407) 880-1212 to gain the most current and detailed information regarding lot availability, rental terms, and community policies, ensuring a well-informed decision about their potential new home.

Apr 15, 2025 · Roger ortkieseNice park it was 5 buck for 3 of us to get in. The river is beautiful and Crystal clear great to float down in a tube. Nice little playground for the kids to play on. Nice are with picnic tables and grills. We didn't stay at the campground to be able to rate it.
Mar 10, 2018 · The Shepard Team Phillip & Robin (ERA American Suncoast)Management runs there own rules Kathy does favors that are illegal for her favorite residents. I have sadly watched residents be a vector based on a neighbor making up nothing but lies but because Kathy is friends with them she will forge anything that she needs to do to make it happen has also threatened other neighbors that they can’t have their friends come in here and see him or she’ll make sure that they’re evicted now what kind of community is that to live in. And I am filing with corporate and I have hired an attorney to handle my situation it’s sad this is a very quiet community but management thinks they can run their own rules and laws, They are actually scaring people to moving out who’ve never even received an addiction paper telling them that they are evicted or they’ll have them arrested immediately that is against the law and one of the worst kinds of management I’ve ever seen in my life
