Town & Country Manufactured Housing Estates Introduce
For those seeking "RV parks near me" in the Santee, California area and considering a long-term residential option within a manufactured housing community, Town & Country Manufactured Housing Estates, located at 10250 Prospect Ave, Santee, CA 92071, USA, presents a location to evaluate. They can be contacted at (619) 449-5272 or +1 619-449-5272 for inquiries regarding residency and availability.
The available customer reviews for Town & Country Manufactured Housing Estates offer a stark contrast in perspectives, highlighting both significant concerns about the park's condition and environment, as well as some positive aspects regarding the community feel and amenities. Potential residents should carefully consider both sets of feedback to form a balanced understanding of what it might be like to live in this community.
One review paints a very negative picture of the park, describing it as "literally a dump." This individual mentions a lack of working streetlights within the park, contributing to a dark environment. They also note that many of the mobile homes appear old and that carports are filled with piles of garbage, suggesting a lack of maintenance and overall upkeep within the community. Based on these observations, this reviewer strongly advises against living at Town & Country Manufactured Housing Estates.
This negative review also raises concerns about the park's location relative to nearby facilities. The fact that it is on the same street as the Las Colinas Women's Detention Facility is highlighted, with the expectation of released inmates walking by. Additionally, the proximity of the Sheriff's Department, about one block away, leads to the expectation of police activity and arrested individuals frequently passing through the park. These location-specific factors may be significant considerations for those concerned about safety and the surrounding environment.
In contrast to this highly critical review, another resident describes a more positive experience, noting that the community is "quite cozy." They acknowledge the presence of both "snobby" and "good, friendly neighbors," with the majority being positive. This suggests that while there may be social dynamics to navigate, there is also a sense of community and neighborliness within the park.
This second reviewer mentions a small parking space for visitors near one of the entrances, as well as additional parking available outside the park. This information is practical for those who anticipate having guests and need to consider parking arrangements.
The presence of a "good neighborhood pool" is also highlighted as a positive amenity. While described as not very large, the reviewer notes that it is not usually crowded, at least during their experiences. This suggests that residents have access to a recreational facility that is often available for use without significant congestion.
However, this more positive review also includes a caveat regarding visitors, stating, "Just be sure to be accompanied by someone who actually lives there or there will be issues." This suggests that there may be specific rules or a community norm regarding visitors, and unaccompanied guests might face difficulties or scrutiny within the park.
Considering these contrasting perspectives, Town & Country Manufactured Housing Estates presents a community with potential drawbacks related to its overall condition, safety concerns due to its proximity to correctional and law enforcement facilities, and potentially restrictive guest policies. However, it also appears to offer a sense of community with friendly neighbors and access to a swimming pool.
No specific promotional information or special offers were mentioned in the provided reviews. Therefore, individuals interested in Town & Country Manufactured Housing Estates should contact the management directly to inquire about current rates, availability, park rules, security measures, and any amenities offered beyond the pool. It would also be prudent to ask about the upkeep and maintenance of the park, as well as any policies regarding visitors.
For those seeking "RV parks near me" in Santee, Town & Country Manufactured Housing Estates offers a residential option within a manufactured housing setting. However, the significant concerns raised in one review regarding the park's condition, safety due to its location, and the contrasting, albeit somewhat qualified, positive feedback from another resident necessitate a thorough personal investigation. A visit to the property, discussions with current residents if possible, and a detailed conversation with the management are strongly recommended to determine if this community meets the individual needs and expectations for long-term living.

Town & Country Manufactured Housing Estates Reviews
This place is literally a dump. Dark with no streetlights working inside the park. Many of the mobile homes are old and the carports are filled with piles if garbage. I would not want to live here. Plus it's on the same street at the womens Las Colinas detention facility. So expect released inmates to be walking by at any moment. The sheriff dept is also about one block from here. So expect police and arrested individuals to constantly be cutting through the park.
Mar 02, 2024 · Jess DIt's quite cozy here, like many places you've got your fair share of snobby and good, friendly neighbors (mostly good). There is a small parking space for visits near one of the entrances, but there is also parking outside.A good neighborhood pool, not so big but it's not like it's always full, at least the times I've been there.Just be sure to be accompanied by someone who actually lives there or there will be issues.

Nov 01, 2018 · Kimberly BarriosSome drug dealers live here in 1 trailer. Lloyd. Management only cares about collecting money. Please live in a park that cares about the people that live there, that is not this park. I feel sorry for Jessica who is stuck there. Steve and his girlfriend are good people.

Nov 15, 2018 · LONE FoxIts a good park but needs to have cheaper spaces. Also i would personally like it better if they would allow purchase of spectrum services instead of just limiting you to a few companies who offer limited and more expensive deals or promotions.

Aug 29, 2018 · Chris SantacruzUsed to live there before it got bought out by a money hungry heartless Owner who employs a manager that isn’t in the office half the time, acts like a snobby better then the rest and enforeces rules or “regulations” that break or ignore CALIFORINAS mobile home codes and laws for rights.. picks and chooses who she’s gonna pick on like elementary school and discriminates and seems to retaliate against anyone who took the time to read all the laws and rights .. park literally falling apart , the owner won’t allow renters you better own your own trailer cuz he don’t “want to deal with there problems” if something don’t work expect it to not work for a long time , to cheap to invest anything in the park and yet has the money to have a tow truck driver to town anyone who’s car overhangs into the street even an inch ... can’t even supply the amenities that they charge as fees like a trash can that isn’t missing both wheels and lid..
