For local residents searching for "camping near me" in the Floresville, Texas area, Heritage Park Apartments and RV Spaces, located at 1433 TX-97, Floresville, TX 78114, USA, appears as a potential option. The presence of RV spaces suggests an intention to cater to the "camping near me" category, offering a place for recreational vehicles to park and potentially utilize associated services. The provided contact numbers, (210) 825-4375 and +1 210-825-4375, indicate a means for prospective visitors to inquire about availability and amenities.
However, it is crucial for local users exploring "camping near me" to consider all available information, especially customer feedback, to make informed decisions about their safety and comfort. The provided reviews for Heritage Park Apartments and RV Spaces paint a concerning picture that warrants careful consideration before choosing this location for your camping needs.
One review starkly advises against staying at Heritage Park Apartments and RV Spaces, suggesting that "Walmart parking is safer." This statement raises serious red flags regarding the overall safety and security of the campground environment. The reviewer specifically mentions the presence of a "peeping Tom, vandal, thief," and alleges that the owners protect this individual. Such accusations, if accurate, indicate a potentially unsafe environment for anyone considering staying at this location, whether for a short camping trip or a longer RV stay. For local users prioritizing safety when searching for "camping near me," these claims should be taken very seriously.
Adding to the safety concerns, the same review describes a highly unsanitary practice: "Raw sewage is dumped on the ground, about 300 ft from a shallow well." This is an extremely alarming claim with significant implications for both the environment and the health of anyone staying at or near the property. Improper sewage disposal can lead to the contamination of soil and groundwater, posing serious health risks. The reviewer further notes that "Floresville already has bad water and this place is a good example as to why," directly linking the campground's alleged practices to broader environmental and health concerns in the local area. For local campers conscious of environmental safety and personal health when looking for "camping near me," this information is critical.
Another review echoes the negative sentiment, referring to Heritage Park Apartments and RV Spaces as a "Bad bad campground." This reinforces the idea that the experiences of previous visitors have been overwhelmingly negative. The reviewer alleges that the "Owner protects drug addicted tenants that will steal ur packages along with a very controlling landlord." These are serious accusations that suggest potential issues with both the management and the community within the premises. The claim of package theft raises concerns about the security of personal belongings, while the mention of a "very controlling landlord" hints at potential difficulties in interactions with management.
Furthermore, the second review mentions "plumbing problems that will have ur water bill crazy high." This suggests potential issues with the infrastructure of the RV spaces, which could lead to unexpected and significant costs for campers. For local RV owners seeking "camping near me" with reliable utilities, this is a crucial factor to consider. High water bills due to faulty plumbing can quickly turn a budget-friendly camping trip into an expensive and frustrating experience.
Given these overwhelmingly negative reviews highlighting significant concerns about safety, sanitation, and management, it is difficult to objectively describe positive "services" or "features" of Heritage Park Apartments and RV Spaces for local users seeking "camping near me." The provided information strongly suggests that the environment may be unsafe and unsanitary, and the management may be unresponsive to or even complicit in problematic behavior. Therefore, instead of focusing on potential positive aspects that are not supported by the available information, it is more responsible to emphasize the serious warnings raised by previous customers.
Similarly, in light of the severe negative feedback, there is no basis for discussing any "promotional information" for Heritage Park Apartments and RV Spaces. Any potential promotions would be overshadowed by the significant safety and health risks suggested by the reviews. Local users looking for "camping near me" would likely prioritize their well-being and the security of their belongings over any discounted rates at a location with such serious allegations.
In conclusion, while Heritage Park Apartments and RV Spaces in Floresville, TX, might appear on the surface as a local option for "camping near me," the provided customer reviews contain alarming allegations regarding safety, sanitation, and management. Local users are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and carefully consider these serious warnings before making any decisions to stay at this location. The feedback suggests a potentially unsafe and unsanitary environment, making it crucial to explore alternative "camping near me" options in the Floresville area that prioritize the safety and well-being of their visitors.

Bad bad campground. If you have to go their don't. Walmart parking is safer. Peeping Tom, vandal, thief, and the owners protect him. Raw sewage is dumped on the ground, about 300 ft from a shallow well. Floresville already has bad water and this place is a good example as to why.
