Maple Grove Campground Reviews
Plenty of camp sites. Gorgeous views of Mount Baker. Bear boxes. Designated fire pits. And they have 2 pit toilets, one outside and the other is inside a structure. Was a great time for a short hike in and out. Dock for boats coming in. Definitely a great spot!
Jun 28, 2022 · Corinne BolingerGreat place, compost toilet, pretty view of Baker, must hike (4.5 miles from the dam) or boat in.
Sep 17, 2024 · Teresa ChristisonBear boxes are a great feature. Wonderful views and cozy campsites. Can be windy coming off the water.
May 24, 2023 · Mark BrowneLovely graded 4 mile hike in to a beautiful Maple Grove on the lake. Amenities: Bear boxes, picnic tables, dry toilet, established fire pits, tent pads for the ground dwellers, and tons of trees for my fellow hammockers.
Oct 19, 2020 · Chantal SBeautiful place overrun with jerks. There was a large group there at the same time as us with aggressive dogs that they refused to leash, despite them barking and growling at children. People were playing loud music late from a speaker late into the night, and having wood fires during a fire ban while large fires are out of control all over the Pacific Northwest. Other people came and left after the dogs scared their children, and we ended up leaving early too. Shame because the campground was gorgeous.
