Somerset Cabin Retreat at Willamy Pines Reviews
We stayed in cabin 1 for the weekend. Bill and Amy communicated well and everything was just as we expected. The cabin is simple but has utensils, coffee maker and everything you would need to make it a comfortable stay, including a hot shower! It was so peaceful sitting on the front porch in the morning with our coffee and listening to the wind in the trees and seeing the deer and wild turkeys roam the property. The fire pit out back was very private and the supply of dry firewood was a nice touch. This was exactly what we were looking for. Just close enough to Somerset to go for dinner and supplies, but far enough away that you felt like you were in the middle of nowhere. The 3 cabins here at Willamy Pines are literally on 260 acres. Be warned that the road leading to the cabin driveway is a gravel road but we had no problem traversing it. You can even walk around the grounds and there are well-maintained trails. We will definitely return!
