Arbe's RV Park Introduce
Arbe's RV Park, situated at 2625 Ocean Blvd SE in Coos Bay, Oregon, is a facility that appears in the search results for "RV parks near me." However, the limited customer reviews available online present significant concerns regarding the park's safety, cleanliness, and policies, which potential visitors should carefully consider. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview based solely on the information provided in these reviews, without any additional external data.
One of the reviews raises a serious safety concern, alleging that individuals from Arbe's RV Park were involved in a "shooting with a uhaul" the previous night and subsequently fled into the park. The reviewer states that the police were notified of this incident. This accusation, if accurate, indicates a severe potential safety issue within or connected to the RV park, which would be a critical factor for anyone considering staying there. The fact that the alleged perpetrators reportedly retreated into the park suggests a potential lack of security or control over the activities of its residents or associates.
The second review provides feedback from someone who stayed at Arbe's RV Park in 2001 and attempted to return in a newer RV in 2025. This reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction with the park, both past and present. They recall the park being a "dump" in 2001 and assert that it "still is" over two decades later. This suggests significant and persistent issues with the park's cleanliness and overall condition. Furthermore, the reviewer highlights a restrictive policy based on the age of RVs, stating that their 1996 Safari motorcoach was not allowed entry due to its age. They express frustration with this "age bias," particularly noting the contradictory nature of being potentially charged more per week while being limited to a two-week stay due to the RV's age. This policy could be a significant deterrent for owners of older, yet functional and well-maintained, RVs.
Based solely on these two reviews, a concerning picture of Arbe's RV Park emerges. The allegations of a recent shooting incident raise serious safety questions. The feedback regarding the park's long-standing poor condition and the restrictive age policy for RVs further compound these concerns.
Given the severity of the issues raised, a detailed analysis of the environment, services, and features based on positive aspects is not possible. Instead, the focus must be on the significant negative feedback provided.
Environment: According to one review, the environment of Arbe's RV Park was considered a "dump" in 2001 and allegedly remains so in 2025. This suggests a poorly maintained and potentially unclean setting. The alleged shooting incident further indicates a potentially unsafe environment with uncontrolled or criminal activity occurring within or linked to the park.
Services: The reviews do not provide specific details about the services offered at Arbe's RV Park. Typically, RV parks offer utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity) and waste management. However, the negative comments about the park's overall condition raise concerns about the quality and reliability of any services provided. The restrictive policy based on the age of RVs could be considered a service policy, albeit a highly unfavorable one for owners of older RVs.
Features: The primary feature mentioned is the existence of RV parking spaces. However, the age restriction policy limits accessibility to these spaces based on the year of manufacture of the RV. The alleged lack of cleanliness and the potential for unsafe activities detract significantly from any positive features the park might otherwise offer. The proximity to Ocean Blvd SE in Coos Bay might suggest potential access to local attractions or amenities, but this is not discussed in the negative reviews, which focus solely on the park's internal issues.
Promotional Information: The provided text does not contain any positive promotional information for Arbe's RV Park. The information available consists entirely of negative feedback and serious allegations.
Important Considerations: The information gleaned from these two reviews is deeply concerning. The alleged shooting incident should be treated with the utmost seriousness, as it directly impacts the safety and well-being of anyone staying at or near the park. The long-standing complaint about the park's condition ("dump") and the restrictive age policy for RVs further suggest that this may not be a welcoming or well-maintained option for RV travelers. Potential visitors should be extremely cautious and are strongly advised to seek additional, recent reviews from multiple sources and potentially contact local authorities or other RV park directories for more information before considering a stay at Arbe's RV Park. The negative feedback is significant and raises serious red flags.
In conclusion, based on the limited information available, Arbe's RV Park in Coos Bay, Oregon, appears to be a facility with significant issues. Allegations of unsafe activities and a long history of poor conditions, coupled with restrictive policies based on RV age, make this a potentially undesirable choice for RV travelers. Prospective visitors are urged to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough additional research before considering a stay at Arbe's RV Park.

Arbe's RV Park Reviews
You guys need to clean it up I watched people from your park do a shooting with a uhaul last night and run to your park into first trailer. Cops are notified
May 07, 2024 · Randy HubbardI stayed here in 2001 in my 74 Wilderness! Now I have a 96 Safari 35' Safari motorcoach and can't get in because of the age of my coach! I don't get the age bias with these RV parks. Ridicules they will charge me more a week for the age and I can only stay for two week. When I was there in 2001 it was a dump and still is! I was just close to work!
