Bradford Run (Formerly Cowboy Country Campground) Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Aguanga, California area? Consider Bradford Run, formerly known as Cowboy Country Campground, located at 50005 Bradford Rd, Aguanga, CA 92536, USA. You can reach them at (951) 763-0040 or +1 951-763-0040 for inquiries. This campground is currently under new ownership and is in a transitional phase, with recent feedback offering insights into its present state and potential future.
One recent review describes Bradford Run as a "nice place," highlighting its affordability by stating it's "cheap" and also noting its cleanliness. The reviewer mentioned that the online application process is "kinda long and wants everything," which might be a point of consideration for those looking for a quick and simple booking experience. The reviewer also identified the manager as a "young guy Josh," offering a personal touchpoint for future visitors.
In contrast, a local resident expressed hopes for significant improvements under the new ownership. This review pointed out the presence of "so much junk on the premises," suggesting that the campground may currently lack a well-maintained aesthetic. A significant concern was raised regarding the apparent lack of rules pertaining to dogs being on leashes, as the reviewer recounted a distressing incident where two unleashed dogs allegedly attacked their daughter's leashed dog while she was jogging. This incident raises potential safety concerns for pet owners and other visitors. Despite these current issues, the local resident expressed optimism for the new owners' success and hopes to see the campground transform into a "1st rate RV resort," also mentioning the need for a new sign.
Considering these two recent reviews, Bradford Run (formerly Cowboy Country Campground) appears to be a budget-friendly option that is currently undergoing changes under new management. While one reviewer found it to be nice and clean, another local perspective highlights areas needing improvement, particularly regarding the overall tidiness of the premises and the enforcement of pet leash rules to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
For those searching for "RV parks near me" with affordability as a primary factor, Bradford Run might be worth considering, especially given the positive note about its cleanliness. However, potential visitors, particularly those with pets, should be aware of the concerns raised about unleashed dogs and the general upkeep of the property. It would be prudent to inquire with the management about their current policies regarding pets and any ongoing efforts to improve the campground's overall appearance and safety.
The fact that the campground is under new ownership suggests a potential for positive changes and upgrades in the future, aligning with the local resident's hope for it to become a "1st rate RV resort." This transitional period might mean that the campground is still developing its services and features under the new management's vision.
Currently, based on the limited information available, it's challenging to provide a comprehensive overview of all services and features. However, the mention of an online application process indicates that they do offer a system for booking sites. The affordability suggests that it might cater to budget-conscious travelers and possibly offer more basic amenities compared to higher-end RV resorts.
There is no specific promotional information available in the provided reviews. However, the "cheap" mention could be considered an inherent value proposition for budget travelers looking for "RV parks near me" in the Aguanga area. Potential visitors may want to contact Bradford Run directly to inquire about their current rates, amenities, and any special offers they might have as they transition under new ownership.
In conclusion, Bradford Run (formerly Cowboy Country Campground) presents a mixed picture based on the limited recent feedback. It appears to be an affordable option that is currently clean, with a manager identified as Josh. However, there are concerns regarding the overall tidiness of the property and the enforcement of pet policies, which led to a safety incident. The new ownership offers hope for future improvements, with a local resident expressing a desire to see it become a premier RV resort. For those seeking budget-friendly "RV parks near me" in Aguanga, Bradford Run is an option to consider, but it would be wise to contact them directly to get the most up-to-date information on their services, policies, and any progress in their development under new management. Visiting the site, if feasible, could also provide a clearer understanding of the current environment and whether it meets individual needs and expectations.

Nov 25, 2024 · April RI live in the area. I certainly hope the new owners turn it into a 1st rate RV resort. There is so much junk on the premises. Does not appear there are any rules regarding dogs on a leash. 2 attacked our daughter's dog when she was jogging with her dog on a leash. That said I wish them success. Hope they get a new sign soon!
Jul 12, 2021 · Vickie DeMengeMy review of Bradford Run may be met with skepticism and being bias or unbiased as the case may be but for an honest review I will give that. Not gonna talk much about the former manager can’t talk about the current manager don’t know enough about them, I cannot talk about the new partial owners but I can talk about the following. For a place to live that is inexpensive and that is a key word especially here in California it’s a good place, it has its good and bad points, it’s good points are the cost is reasonable, now the bad points, the roads are not paved the dirt roads makes driving your car on them well that takes some getting used to ups and downs and bumps and ruts and grooves and other assorted things. The diversity of the types of recreational vehicles that you will find here is utterly outstanding no two are the same and I don’t believe no two are any newer then well (what the word would mean) and that is not a bad thing, actually it’s a good thing since most RV parks require you to have a newer RV or trailer because they feel that an older one attracts the wrong class of people, well not everybody has the money to buy a new or newer RV or trailer so where are they supposed to go well this is a place that they can go. There’s no bathroom facilities operational, the laundry room is non operational, there is no swimming pool there is no community clubhouse there is no social event calendar but everybody can live their own life happily within their own area and like or dislike their neighbor well if they dislike their neighbor they can always move to another spot. Would it be a place that I would recommend yes and no, to those that don’t have a lot of money and need a place to live in peace and quiet well at least live this is their place if you’re looking for a five-star resort go elsewhere.
Oct 23, 2021 · Herbert W Pender IIIAmazing place to live. The freedom of low rent and being in the country. I couldn't even rent a room in town for the price of rent here. Nice neighbors. It could use a few upgrades and repairs but it is still a great place to live. Thank you
Oct 15, 2021 · steve angelThe place hasnt changed much over the years its not really a campground no ammenities for campers really more of a trailer park for low income people to live dirt roads and poorly maintained area really arent a campers first thought of a place to stay. Though it does provide a place for people to live at low cost which is nice.
