One resident who lived at Anza Pines for eleven months described it as a "Lovely place, nice and quiet," highlighting the tranquil atmosphere of the park. They also noted the kindness of the neighbors, fostering a sense of community. A significant convenience mentioned was the "Laundry in suite," suggesting that at least some of the mobile homes offer this amenity. The availability of a "Big trash to dispose in the back" indicates practical waste management for residents. Adding a touch of charm is a "Cute little tree house by the office," which could be a unique and welcoming feature. The presence of "PO boxes too" offers residents a convenient way to receive mail.
Another reviewer emphasizes the quality of Anza Pines, stating it is "a mobile home park not with a bunch of trashy trailers either." This resident contrasts it with a stereotypical image, asserting that "No two trailer park girls are going around the outside here." Instead, they describe the park as having "better quality," with "The places and people here have class and are super nice." This positive sentiment underscores the pride residents take in their community and the welcoming nature of their neighbors.
The same reviewer mentions that their girlfriend lives at Anza Pines and notes that "there's always a waiting list to even get an application to be a teenage here." While the phrase "teenage here" seems unusual and might be a typographical error (perhaps intending to say "to even get an application to live here"), it suggests a high demand to reside in the park. This could be indicative of the desirable living environment and strong community reputation.
Further details about the park's features include an on-site "laundry room that stays locked and can only be used for those who live there." This suggests a dedicated and secure facility for residents who may not have in-suite laundry or prefer a larger capacity. Adjacent to the laundry room is a "sitting area there with grass and picnic table," providing a communal space for residents to relax and socialize outdoors.
The community spirit at Anza Pines is also evident in the way residents celebrate holidays. The reviewer notes, "During the big holidays it's nice to see decorations whether it's x mas lights or jack o lanterns or having an egg hunt they do it all with style." This indicates a vibrant and engaging community that fosters a sense of belonging through festive celebrations.

The presence of a tree house by the office adds a unique touch, and the inclusion of PO boxes offers practical convenience.
The strong sense of community is further highlighted by the festive holiday decorations and events, suggesting an active and engaged resident population. Dec 07, 2018 · Jennifer GonzalezWe looked at properties there as a vacation home. Properties were fine, but they are charging HO fees that are too expensive when the activity/clubhouse is an eyesore and not available to residents because it is rented out for storage. Looks rundown and unappealing. Could be a charming place.
