You can reach them at (503) 285-1617 or via mobile phone at +1 503-285-1617. As a platform dedicated to showcasing "RV parks near me," it's essential to provide a detailed and objective introduction to Fox Run RV Park based on the available customer reviews, highlighting its environment, services, features, and any relevant considerations for potential residents.
When considering an RV park, whether for short-term travel or long-term living, individuals typically evaluate various aspects such as the overall environment, the amenities and services offered, any unique features that set the park apart, and the general atmosphere and management. The provided customer reviews for Fox Run RV Park offer some valuable insights into these areas, allowing for a more informed perspective for local users exploring their options.
One reviewer who was "looking to rent" at Fox Run RV Park expressed positive feelings about the "inside" of the rental units. This suggests that the interiors are well-maintained and appealing. However, this reviewer also raised concerns about the lack of a significant yard space, noting a "very small chunk of grass," and the absence of outside storage unless a shed is purchased separately. These are important considerations for potential long-term residents who may value outdoor space for relaxation or require storage for their belongings beyond what fits inside their RV or rental unit. Despite these concerns, the reviewer specifically mentioned "Super nice staff!!" indicating a positive experience with the park's management and personnel.
Another review provides a historical perspective, stating that "This place has seemed to have really cleaned up over the years." The reviewer recalls a time, approximately five years prior, when the park was "pretty run down" and felt "pretty sketchy," particularly after dark. This historical context is significant as it suggests that the park has undergone positive transformations and improvements over time. The reviewer explicitly notes that "over time it has really cleaned up" and now feels "safe visiting my friends after dark," concluding with an encouraging "Keep up the good work!" This feedback indicates a tangible improvement in the park's environment and safety, which are crucial factors for anyone considering residing there.
Combining these two reviews, a picture of Fox Run RV Park begins to emerge. The park appears to have made significant strides in improving its overall environment and safety over the past few years, leading to a more positive perception among those familiar with its history. The staff is consistently described as "super nice," suggesting a positive and helpful management presence. However, potential long-term residents should be aware of the limited yard space and the need to potentially purchase their own outside storage solutions.
While the reviews provide insights into the staff, the upkeep of the park over time, and some aspects of the living space (interiors and yard size), they do not offer specific details about the services and amenities available at Fox Run RV Park. Typically, RV parks offer a range of services such as water, electricity, and sewer hookups at each site. For longer-term residents or those in rental units, other amenities might include laundry facilities, restrooms and showers, Wi-Fi access, and possibly communal areas or recreational facilities. To provide a comprehensive introduction, it would be beneficial to have more information on these aspects of Fox Run RV Park. Potential residents should inquire directly with the management about the specific services and amenities offered.
The fact that one reviewer was "looking to rent" suggests that Fox Run RV Park may offer options beyond just RV sites, possibly including park models or other types of rental units. This could broaden its appeal to individuals seeking different types of long-term accommodation within an RV park setting. The positive feedback about the "inside" of these rental units is a notable point for those who might be considering such an option.
The improvement in the park's cleanliness and safety over time, as highlighted in one of the reviews, is a significant feature. It indicates that the management is responsive to the needs of the community and is actively working to create a better living environment. This positive trajectory could be reassuring for prospective residents who might be initially hesitant based on older perceptions of the park.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Portland, OR, Fox Run RV Park presents itself as a community that has undergone positive changes and boasts a friendly staff. However, those prioritizing significant private yard space or readily available outside storage at their site may need to weigh these considerations against the park's other positive attributes. The park's apparent offering of rental units in addition to RV sites could also be a feature that appeals to a broader range of potential residents.
To obtain a complete picture of Fox Run RV Park, local users are encouraged to contact the management directly to inquire about site availability, rental options, amenities, services, storage solutions, and any specific policies. Visiting the park during the day and perhaps in the evening could also provide a firsthand impression of the current environment and safety. Speaking with current residents, if the opportunity arises, can offer additional perspectives on what it's like to live at Fox Run RV Park.
In conclusion, Fox Run RV Park in Portland, OR, appears to be a community that has demonstrably improved its environment and safety over the years and is known for its "super nice staff." While potential long-term residents should be mindful of the limited yard space and the need to potentially acquire separate outside storage, the positive trends and friendly management suggest a community worth considering. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" should reach out to Fox Run RV Park directly for more detailed information about their offerings and to assess if it meets their specific needs for long-term or short-term RV living in the Portland area.

Fox Run RV Park Reviews
looking to rent and loved the inside not so sure about having no yard (very small chunk of grass) and no outside storage unless I buy a shed heck idk? Super nice staff!!
Nov 20, 2021 · Ann CatchpoleThis place has seemed to have really cleaned up over the years. I've had a few friends that have lived here, 5 years ago it was pretty run down and honestly I didn't like to drive in after dark cause it looked pretty sketchy. But over time it has really cleaned up and I can honestly say I feel safe visiting my friends after dark. Keep up the good work!
Apr 10, 2024 · Shannon SchwittauI never got a mailbox key. Lots of feral cats.
Apr 09, 2025 · Richard JensenI've lived here for almost 4 years. It's a great place to call home. Management is always on the ball. Kid friendly and well maintained
Oct 10, 2024 · Roger HarperNice quiet clean family oriented living space, affordable laundry and bus picks up right next to the park. Store on site unfortunately is not affordable otherwise would be perfect though the manager isn't very honest and I you have any issues whatsoever she won't except partial payment and will hit you with a 50 dollar "late" fee and doesn't work with you at all. So not for anyone who doesn't make 3x the amount of rent
