Park Estates Introduce
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the Belleville, Michigan area, Park Estates, located at 51300 Michigan Ave, Belleville, MI 48111, USA, is a manufactured home community that might also offer possibilities for long-term RV living. To inquire about potential RV accommodations or to gather more information about the community, you can contact them at (734) 340-3369 or +1 734-340-3369.
Park Estates operates primarily as a manufactured home community, where residents typically own their homes and lease the underlying land. While the platform category "RV parks near me" suggests a potential interest from those with recreational vehicles, it's important to understand the distinctions between a manufactured home community and a traditional RV park. Manufactured home communities often foster a more permanent residential environment, whereas RV parks typically accommodate shorter-term stays, although some do offer extended-stay options.
The specific environment of Park Estates is not detailed beyond its location on Michigan Avenue in Belleville. Michigan Avenue is a main thoroughfare, suggesting that the community might have convenient access to local amenities and transportation routes. Belleville offers a mix of residential and commercial areas, along with natural attractions like Belleville Lake. The environment within Park Estates would likely consist of individual manufactured homes situated on leased lots, potentially with landscaping and parking areas.
However, the available customer reviews raise significant and concerning issues regarding the management and the impact of their decisions on the community, particularly concerning the safety and well-being of student residents. One reviewer states that the "poor management" was unresponsive to rental repair needs until legal action and township intervention were threatened. This indicates a potential pattern of neglect and a lack of proactive maintenance within the community.
More alarmingly, the same reviewer reports that the management has "blocked the buses by fencing off," resulting in students having to walk "25+ minutes to bus stop" along Michigan Avenue. This action is described as "messed up" and directly attributed to the management. The implications of forcing students to walk such a distance, especially along a potentially busy road like Michigan Avenue, raise serious safety concerns.
A second review corroborates this issue, stating, "True about kids walking 25 +min to a bus stop the park puts your children at danger and its a constant worry about them making it on the bus imagine winter walking that long." This reinforces the severity of the situation created by the management's decision to block bus access. The reviewer emphasizes the danger to children and the constant worry for parents, particularly highlighting the added hardship and safety risks during winter conditions.
The fact that two separate reviews focus entirely on this issue of blocked bus access and the resulting danger to children suggests that this is a significant and pressing problem within Park Estates. It overshadows any potential positive aspects of the community and raises serious questions about the management's consideration for the well-being and safety of its residents, especially the younger ones.
Given these critical concerns, individuals seeking a safe and well-managed living environment, whether in a manufactured home or potentially in a long-term RV setting, should be extremely cautious about Park Estates. The reported issues with unresponsive management and, most notably, the decision that endangers student residents are significant red flags.
Specific services and features of Park Estates are not detailed in the provided reviews. Typically, manufactured home communities might offer amenities such as community centers, laundry facilities, playgrounds, or maintenance services for common areas. However, the focus of the reviews on negative management actions overshadows any potential positive features. Therefore, it is difficult to provide an objective overview of the community's services and features based solely on this information.
Similarly, no promotional information is available. The severe negative sentiment expressed in the reviews serves as a significant warning for potential residents rather than a positive promotion of the community. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering Park Estates, or those interested in purchasing a manufactured home there, should carefully weigh the alarming feedback regarding management decisions that directly impact the safety and well-being of children in the community.
In conclusion, while Park Estates is located on Michigan Avenue in Belleville, the available customer feedback raises profound concerns about the management's responsiveness to maintenance issues and, most critically, a decision that forces students to walk long distances to bus stops, potentially endangering their safety, especially during adverse weather conditions. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" should carefully consider these significant and troubling issues before considering Park Estates for long-term living. Thorough investigation and direct communication with the community's management to understand the situation regarding bus access and their overall management practices are strongly advised.

Apr 27, 2025 · Chris TrustyCommunity office has been closed for nearly a month. Have left several voicemails with no response or call back. Voicemail is no longer an option because the system is full.Precious manager was friendly and an effective communicator. Maintenance man says the regional manager is now running community. We are tearing down and relocating the home to a different community at no cost. Suggest other residents do the same
May 28, 2024 · Timothy PollardOur experience over many years with Park Estates has been interesting to say the least. While changing management lead to a lot of uproar, and quite frankly left many without hope. What is amazing is within a matter of months Kim K. has made this place everything it needs to be. Prior to there was zero contact with the office, they left many without ability to pay due to taping the rent boxes. Instead of working it out- they took everyone to court. Cue Kim coming in- if you are looking for a place with prompt communication Kim is it. If you are looking for a place where they keep the community updated in events, or repairs, Kim is the one to see. I love that we have weekly updates via email, our accounts are manageable online- and talk about family friendly! Whether it be road repairs, dirt/ mulch provided by the park, or dumpter's being brought in. She keeps us all posted on these announcements. She is often setting up things at the clubhouse for our kiddos. She has turned the place completely around- and repairs are happening extensively! We are proud to call this place home again and really appreciate all the hard work that Kim has really made this place to be!
May 19, 2023 · Tiffany WoodardHello to anyone interested in looking to move to Park Estates Mobile Home Park in Belleville, MI. In past reviews and countless direct contact with the company that owns Park Estates, I have stated positive and negative things about this place because things change in regard to management and site staff. Community managers and maintenance staff have come and gone and that's been a big issue because service orders and maintenance are stalled, and nothing can be done until the responsible adults show up and show out. To make a big problem short and look to the bright side of things, I want to give a "thank you" to the management company for hiring our recent community manager in 2024 by the name of Eddie. Ed has demonstrated how much he cares about his job position and the community by actively driving around to do his checks and by physically going into homes that are undergoing repairs and renovations after people have moved out. Within a short number of weeks, the community is beginning to feel safe and aesthetically decent. Without a doubt, this is a great location to live and if this good work continues, will be the envy of other mobile home parks.
