Santa Rita Heights Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals and families exploring "RV parks near me" or, more specifically, mobile home communities in the Sahuarita, Arizona area, Santa Rita Heights Mobile Home Park presents itself as a noteworthy option. Located at 17111 S Country Club Rd, Sahuarita, AZ 85629, USA, this park is highlighted by its residents as a community that prioritizes peace, safety, and a supportive environment, particularly for families.
The environment at Santa Rita Heights Mobile Home Park is consistently described as "quiet and safe." This is a significant advantage for residents seeking a peaceful living space away from the hustle and bustle. The park is nestled in the picturesque town of Sahuarita, which itself is known for its "serene rural ambiance" and "natural beauty," surrounded by "lush green forests, rolling hills, and serene lakes." This broader environmental context offers residents a tranquil backdrop and opportunities for outdoor activities, including swimming, boating, fishing, camping, and hiking in the nearby Santa Rita Mountains. The community also benefits from a suburban atmosphere where "most residents proudly own their homes," fostering a sense of pride and stability within the park. This commitment to homeownership often translates to a more stable and well-maintained environment.
A standout feature of Santa Rita Heights Mobile Home Park, according to resident feedback, is the dedication of its management and ownership. Reviews emphasize that "Management and owners really care for this community" and that the "on site manager is awesome, helping me above and beyond his pay." Furthermore, "The staff on line responses are kind and compassionate." This level of attentive and caring management is crucial for the well-being of a mobile home community, as it ensures that resident concerns are addressed and that a positive living environment is maintained. This contrasts sharply with parks that suffer from management instability or unresponsiveness, making Santa Rita Heights particularly appealing to those seeking a supportive and well-run community.
While specific detailed lists of on-site amenities (like clubhouses, pools, or fitness centers) are not explicitly provided in the immediate reviews, the overall positive sentiment about the community and management suggests that core services are met, and the focus is heavily on the quality of the living experience and community atmosphere. As a mobile home park, it primarily offers lots for manufactured homes, implying the provision of essential utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity). Public information indicates that the park was acquired by 52TEN, an investment firm, in April 2019, with a strategy to "renovate the park and rebrand it as 'Santa Rita Heights'." This suggests that capital improvements were made to address deferred maintenance and enhance the property, aiming to turn it into a "higher quality property." The park also requires all new residents to complete an application and pass a background check, which contributes to the safety and security that residents value. Information also suggests that residents pay electric directly to the electric company, with a flat fee for water/sewer/trash, indicating clear utility arrangements.
The park's suitability for families with children is another strong characteristic. A long-term resident states, "It’s quiet and safe and great place for families with kids. I’ve made great memories here. So have my children." This highlights that the park provides a conducive environment for raising children, with a focus on safety and a community where families can thrive. This "family-friendly" aspect is a significant promotional point, differentiating it from many 55+ mobile home or RV parks. The broader Sahuarita area also supports families, with "above-average public schools" ensuring quality education for younger generations.
From a promotional perspective, Santa Rita Heights Mobile Home Park would emphasize its core strengths: a "quiet and safe" environment, a "great place for families with kids," and a community supported by "caring management and owners." The enduring positive experiences of long-term residents, who have made "great memories," serve as powerful testimonials to the park's quality of life. The blend of a serene rural setting with the benefits of a well-managed, family-oriented community makes it an attractive option for those seeking a stable and pleasant place to live in Sahuarita, Arizona. For those searching "RV parks near me" who might also be open to mobile home living, especially long-term, Santa Rita Heights stands out due to its strong community feedback and evident commitment to resident well-being. The phone numbers, (520) 494-3136 and +1 520-494-3136, provide direct contact for prospective residents to inquire about lot availability, rental details, and any specific community guidelines or amenities, facilitating their decision-making process for a secure and welcoming home.

Feb 27, 2025 · Sallie DumontThis mobile home park is trash! The new ownership honestly don't know what they're doing! They keep raising the rent and saying they've done so much to improve this place yet it looks exactly the same!!! They have done nothing to improve this place! They are liars! It is definitely not a safe place or a quiet place to live!!! They always get the rent statement we get from them every month wrong! They over charge you on purpose to steal money from people! They don't care about this mobile home park or the people that live here at all! They only care about money!
Oct 02, 2022 · Angie UzumakiI have lived in Sahuarita over 50 years and I know the Santa Rita heights mobile home park very well. What I have seen is a tremendous improvement in the appearance of the park the new fence in the front is beautiful as well as all the new plant life in the front of the park. As you go into the park I've noticed that all the extra growth is now gone, the trash has been picked up, the alleys have been cut and cleaned and you can actually use them. In my opinion it looks like a new park. And finally the last thing that I have seen is , you have placed new lights in the park and as you drive by the park it is very well-lit and I think it adds to the comfort and safety of the residents. Great job! Great improvements! Keep up the good work.
Dec 19, 2022 · Lala StoneI tried to buy a mobile home in this park. I did not get approved, to live in the park, so had to pull out of buying the mobile home that I would have owed less than $10,000.on, because I am on probation, and the manager “doesn’t know what I will do when I get off probation”. I am a single father of three young children. I do not drink or use drugs. I was given my children by judge who knows my history and obviously thinks my kids are fine with me. Since being denied, I have heard many stories about the park management, none of them good, from people who have lived there for years. Probably lucky he wouldn’t rent to me. If you can’t qualify to live in Trump Tower, don’t apply here. They only want perfect people in their trailer park
