Sierra Vista Mobile Home Park Introduce
Located at 22036 N Black Cyn Hwy, Phoenix, AZ 85027, USA, Sierra Vista Mobile Home Park is a residential community in Phoenix, Arizona. For local users exploring housing options, including those who might be searching within the "RV parks near me" category for potential long-term or temporary living arrangements, understanding the environment and conditions of Sierra Vista Mobile Home Park is crucial. While primarily a mobile home park, its location might be relevant to individuals considering the broader spectrum of residential and temporary housing solutions available in the area.
The available customer reviews for Sierra Vista Mobile Home Park paint a concerning picture of the living environment and management practices. One reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction, stating they don't believe the park deserves even a one-star rating. Their primary complaints revolve around frequent "party every days noice all around," indicating a significant issue with noise disturbance within the community. This can severely impact the quality of life for residents seeking a peaceful living environment.
Further criticism is directed at the management, with the reviewer claiming that managers are "never being in the office." This lack of accessibility can be problematic for residents needing to address concerns or seek assistance. The reviewer also alleges that management attempts to impose additional fees for things residents "never asked" for, which raises questions about transparency and fairness in billing practices.
A serious security concern is raised by the reviewer's observation of "homeless always walking around digging and trash, making a mess or setting up a tent to sleep at night up front." This suggests a lack of security and control over who is on the property, potentially leading to unsanitary conditions and feelings of unease among residents. The reviewer also mentions that "cops keep getting called every week for who god know what," further indicating potential issues with safety or disturbances within the park.
The reviewer expresses cynicism about any attempts to improve the park's appearance, stating, "(only for everyone else to destroy them)," which suggests a lack of respect for shared spaces or a prevailing negative atmosphere within the community. They strongly advise against living at Sierra Vista, citing frequent rent increases every six months "with no explanation" other than a brief notification. The reviewer characterizes these increases as "robbing us at this point and pocking it all," indicating a perception of unfair and unjustified financial exploitation.
Another review corroborates the issue of noise disturbance, specifically mentioning "extremely loud music coming from here at 1 and 2 am on Friday and Saturday" with "no regards for the neighborhood and people who work weekend mornings." This reinforces the problem of disruptive noise and a lack of consideration for the surrounding community, as well as the sleep and well-being of residents within the park.
For local users exploring the "RV parks near me" category, Sierra Vista Mobile Home Park, based on the provided reviews, does not appear to offer a tranquil or well-managed environment conducive to a positive living experience, whether for short-term RV stays or long-term mobile home residency. The significant concerns raised about noise, security, management practices, and frequent rent increases should be carefully considered by anyone looking for a place to live in the Phoenix area.
The lack of positive feedback and the serious nature of the complaints suggest that prospective residents or visitors should exercise extreme caution and seek alternative options if a peaceful, safe, and well-managed community is a priority. The issues of homelessness on the property and frequent police calls indicate potential safety and security vulnerabilities that are not typical of well-maintained residential or RV park environments.
Given the overwhelmingly negative reviews, it would be prudent for anyone considering Sierra Vista Mobile Home Park to conduct thorough due diligence beyond simply contacting the management at (623) 582-1479 or mobile phone +1 623-582-1479. Visiting the location at 22036 N Black Cyn Hwy, Phoenix, AZ 85027, USA, at different times of day and night to personally assess the noise levels and the general atmosphere might provide a more accurate understanding of the living conditions. If possible, speaking with current residents directly (outside of management presence) could offer further insights into their experiences and the ongoing issues within the park.
In conclusion, the available information paints a negative picture of Sierra Vista Mobile Home Park in Phoenix, Arizona. Residents have reported significant issues with noise disturbances, inaccessible and potentially unfair management practices, security concerns related to homelessness on the property, and frequent, unexplained rent increases. For local users exploring "RV parks near me" or seeking a mobile home community, the serious nature of these complaints warrants significant caution and suggests that exploring alternative options with more positive and stable living conditions would be advisable.

Dec 29, 2024 · Steven SimmonsIts a decent mobile home park with great management. The Manager is a good guy, he's responsible and quick to respond to any issues tenants might have. Yes, it looks like the stereotypical "trailer park," but the residents are much more classy and clean. I know from family members who reside there that they have very low to no crime. When I visit, I never see any trashy druggies or other low-lifes I'd expect to see and have seen at other nicer/higher-end mobile home parks in Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria.
Oct 22, 2018 · Dorcy AdkinsManagers come and go, ones that are druggies, ones that steal, ones that don't do jack if the park, now have ones that just enforce all these rules that never applied before and noone had copy of any of the park rules and regulations. Having a manager living on site is never going to happen. Prior managers approved of things changed and now these ones don't care so people wasted hundreds of dollars for repairs and touch ups to just have them done again cause "it's not right color" or " doesn't look professional" ITS A MOBILE HOME NOT A HOA HOUSING COMMUNITY THAT NOONE SIGNED ANY AGREEMENTS ON!
Oct 08, 2021 · Bob BobI remember growing up right next door there used to be a trailer park where the RV storage is so I moved to this location in 1993 and back then the original owners would take time and yes money out of their own pocket people could put in if they wanted to in order to help supply for special occasions for holidays throughout the entire year that would do festivals and Halloween and Christmas and 4th of July This management now has done a Christmas thing for the park which was very appreciative they need to work on getting a little playground for the children of a small age so that way there's something to do outside of that all the other prior management was scalming s*** hopefully this management will be better
