When considering a location for long-term RV living, it is essential to evaluate the environment, the services provided, the community features, and the management's effectiveness. The available customer reviews for Turf Manufactured Homes and RV Park raise significant concerns across several of these areas, which potential residents should carefully consider.
One of the primary issues highlighted in the reviews is the perceived lack of effective management. One reviewer, who indicates that the same company owns their current park, notes that the manager at Turf Manufactured Homes and RV Park passed away three months prior to their review and that residents had still not received a notice regarding this change. This lack of communication suggests potential issues with the overall management and communication with tenants. The reviewer also mentions that "the last few managers were a joke" and expresses the sentiment that "This company doesn’t care about their tenants," indicating a potentially long-standing problem with the park's management. The fact that rent is collected monthly by someone named Shaw, who seemingly does not address other tenant concerns, further supports this negative perception of the management's engagement with the community. This reviewer explicitly states their intention to leave upon lease expiration to find a place where tenants are more valued.
Another significant concern raised in the reviews pertains to the cleanliness and maintenance of the park. One reviewer states that "The trash cans are always full trash all over the place," indicating a potential issue with waste management within the community. This is further exacerbated by the claim that "people that don’t live here come and throw trash construction workers and gardener workers throw there trash," suggesting a lack of control over who is using the park's waste disposal facilities. Such conditions can lead to an unpleasant and unsanitary living environment for all residents, including those in RVs.
Security is another area of concern mentioned by a reviewer, who states, "We need a gate with remote to many crackheads walking around." This suggests that there may be issues with unauthorized individuals entering the park, potentially compromising the safety and security of the residents and their property. The request for a gate with remote access indicates a desire for improved security measures within the community.
The overall appearance of the park is also criticized, with a reviewer noting, "people have a mess in the outside of there mobile homes make it look bad." This lack of enforcement of community standards regarding the upkeep of individual residences can negatively impact the overall environment and aesthetic appeal of the park, potentially affecting the quality of life for all residents and the perceived value of living there.
A more recent review reiterates the ongoing management issues, stating, "Thing still haven’t change no manger on site this place has become a mechanic shop /tire shop yeah hasn’t changed people here don’t care at all always parking on the road not letting other people pass." This feedback suggests that the lack of on-site management persists and that the park may be experiencing unauthorized commercial activities, such as vehicle repair, which could disrupt the residential environment. Additionally, the issue of inconsiderate parking that obstructs roadways within the park continues to be a problem.
Given the consistent negative feedback regarding management, maintenance, security, and community standards, individuals searching for "RV parks near me" should approach Turf Manufactured Homes and RV Park with significant caution. The reviews paint a picture of a park facing considerable challenges in terms of management effectiveness, upkeep, and the overall living environment.
At this time, there is no information available regarding specific services or features offered at Turf Manufactured Homes and RV Park that would be particularly relevant to RV residents, such as the type and availability of hookups (water, electricity, sewer), laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, or recreational areas. Potential RV residents would need to contact the park management directly to inquire about these essential services and amenities.
Similarly, there is no promotional information available for Turf Manufactured Homes and RV Park in the provided data. Given the concerns raised in the reviews, it is unlikely that the park is actively promoting itself without addressing these underlying issues. Any potential promotions or special offers would need to be directly inquired about with the management.
In conclusion, Turf Manufactured Homes and RV Park in Phoenix, Arizona, is a mobile home and RV park that, based on recent customer reviews, appears to be facing significant challenges related to management, maintenance, security, and community standards. For those searching for "RV parks near me," this location at 17217 N 17th Ave warrants careful consideration and thorough investigation. It is strongly recommended to contact the park management at (602) 350-3639 or +1 602-350-3639 to directly address the concerns raised in the reviews and inquire about the specific terms and conditions for RV residents, as well as the availability and condition of essential RV amenities. A personal visit to the property to assess the current conditions and speak with current residents, if possible, is highly advised before making any decisions about residing at Turf Manufactured Homes and RV Park. The consistently negative feedback suggests that potential RV residents should be prepared for potential issues and may want to explore other "RV parks near me" in the Phoenix area that offer a more stable and well-maintained living environment.

Turf Manufactured Homes and RV Park Reviews
Same people own our park, the manager passed away 3 months ago. We still haven’t received a notice. The last few managers were a joke. This company doesn’t care about their tenants but Shaw does come once a month to collect all our rent. I will be leaving when my lease is up and go where they care for us tenants.
