Definitely going to become an annual vacation for my family. Kids from 9-15 years old enjoyed the trip. Great job Cape Charles KOA!!! See you again in April 2026!
Apr 30, 2025 · Katie CrawfordMy friends and I came to the KOA for the First Responder weekend and had the best time. The cottages felt brand new and had all the essentials you need for a weekend away. The grounds are well maintained, in a gorgeous spot for sunsets and beach walks, and made for such a great way to spend some downtime with friends, honor fallen heroes, and have fun. The weekend was very well organized and had something for everyone (grownups, kids, and dogs all had a blast!)I also loved the variety of merchandise at the store and the food trucks!Highly recommend the Cape Charles Chesapeake Bay KOA and can’t wait to come back!Much gratitude!
Mar 23, 2025 · MelissaMy wife and I just returned from one of our nicest RV getaway’s ever! Robin and her staff at the Chesapeake Bay KOA Resort are the best! They put together & organized the first annual “First Responders Appreciation Weekend.” In summary, you could stay Friday to Sunday in any of their wonderful cabins or the RV sites essentially for free. In return they asked for a $25 donation that went to a First Responder sponsored charity. There was music, food trucks and organized events honoring our fallen heroes. This is a beautiful Resort on Virginia’s Eastern Shore & right on the Chesapeake Bay. Great times with great people at a great location!!!
