Jul 21, 2023 · Charles StineThe RV sites are a bit close together, with about 20-30 feet between trailers. The campground slopes downhill towards the lake, making for a picturesque setting. It is quiet at night, free from severe spider or mosquito infestations, and offers plenty of daytime activities. The site is reasonably priced, providing water and electricity (including 50 amp service), with a dump station located uphill. It's a small and charming campground with around 14 RV sites and a few camping spots around the perimeter. A large park is within walking distance, and we even had a group of deer visit our site. It's pet-friendly, too. I would have rated it five stars, but the RV sites are too close together.
Jun 21, 2024 · Rogue PlatinumVery well maintained campground with large common lawn. It is nice that the RV and tent area is separated so that it is quite for tent people. The campground is far off main road and with a nice little lake. I got sound sleep in our tent. Bathroom and shower works fine, but cleaning people could make it better. The host Joe, a nice guy understands traveling spirits, went extra miles to accommodate us, saving us from ridiculous $200 motel rate. Thank you so much, Joe, and I forgot to mention that you are a good photographer.
Jun 27, 2021 · Ying TWe stayed in the Spruce Cabin. What to know: it is the farthest from the bathrooms. Lol it has AC (thank you, Lord!!) & heating. A mini fridge. All in all, would 💯 recommend. Decent padding on the beds, we still brought a mattress pad & that added even better comfort. Stayed cool through the night & day.I've attached 2 photos of the inside of the cabin as I couldn't seem to find any photos of the inside. Very clean. No cobwebs inside & minimal outside!
Aug 04, 2022 · Mersadies PringleSites are very uneven. Please see my picture for an indication of the slope. It seems like a lot of the local people who stay here just deal with it. We stopped for a night on our road trip, and had a hard time leveling our trailer. We didn't have enough leveling blocks to get our front stabilizer jacks down. At the same time we were setting up, another couple in a larger travel trailer who full-time was so frustrated they were about to leave. They said this is one of the worst sites they've had so far. The bathrooms are moderately clean. One shower each for men and women. There is an RV dump station on the way out. Campsites are so close to each other. All in all, I would not stay here again.
