Have been here for a month, very quiet exept some ocasional dogs barking. OWNER AND MANAGER VERY HELFULL. HAS 2 WASHERS AND DRYERS, 2.- ONE SHOWER AN TOILET. RENT INCLUDES ELECTRIC. JUST UPGRADED THE FREE INTERNET. HAS A SMALL LAKE FOR FISHING.

We have a large fifth wheel and once we drove into the entrance there was no room to easily maneuver and exit. There was one driveway downhill that didn’t look safe and the rest of the park “road” was blocked by resident’s POV’s. I do not recommend to anyone with a large rig.
