Bell-Air Estates Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me"? While our platform primarily focuses on RV parks, we also aim to provide information on related housing options in your local area. Today, we're taking a look at Bell-Air Estates Mobile Home Park, located at 3510 Hancock Pl, Bellevue, NE 68005, USA. You can reach them at (402) 541-9010 or +1 402-541-9010 for inquiries. Based on recent customer feedback, Bell-Air Estates presents a mixed picture, with some residents reporting positive experiences while others express significant concerns, particularly regarding management and community issues.
It's important to understand the distinction between an RV park and a mobile home park. RV parks typically cater to temporary stays for recreational vehicles, offering amenities suited for short-term lodging. Mobile home parks, conversely, are designed as residential communities for individuals and families who own or rent manufactured homes and lease the land. While some mobile home parks might occasionally accommodate RVs, their primary focus is on providing a stable, long-term living environment.
One resident shared a very positive experience of "Living at Bell-Air Mobile Home Park," describing it as "wonderful." This reviewer highlighted the "spacious layouts and peaceful surroundings," noting the convenience of being "just minutes from the city center." The homes were described as "thoughtfully designed," featuring "ample indoor storage and convenient outdoor storage units." This positive account also praised the staff for being "incredibly helpful throughout the move-in process," answering questions and ensuring a smooth transition. This resident expressed gratitude for calling Bell-Air Estates home.
However, another reviewer presented a starkly contrasting and highly negative perspective, labeling the place as "trash!" This reviewer described the manager as "the most obnoxious person I have ever come across!" Specific complaints included the manager allegedly taking pictures and sending them to the resident during work hours. Furthermore, this reviewer claimed that complaints were met with laughter. Issues with other residents, such as children turning on outside water and using a grandchild's toys, were reportedly dismissed by the manager with the question, "well was she using it?" This resident strongly advises against living at Bell-Air Estates, urging others to "Run as fast as you can from this place!!!" The financial aspect was also criticized, with the reviewer mentioning paying $1650.00 in rent but experiencing unexpected additional bills and accusations of owing "3 months back pay!!"
Given these diametrically opposed reviews, it is challenging to form a definitive objective assessment of Bell-Air Estates Mobile Home Park. However, we can analyze the specific points raised to provide a more detailed overview of the potential environment, services, and features:
- Environment: One resident described the surroundings as "peaceful," while the other's negative experience doesn't directly comment on the physical environment of the park itself, focusing more on management and neighborly issues. The proximity to the city center is noted as a positive by one reviewer, suggesting convenient access to urban amenities. The availability of outdoor storage units implies that residents have some private outdoor space associated with their homes.
- Services: One reviewer praised the helpfulness of the staff during the move-in process, suggesting a positive initial interaction. However, the other reviewer's account paints a picture of highly unprofessional and unhelpful management, alleging dismissive behavior towards complaints and questionable billing practices. These conflicting accounts make it difficult to objectively assess the quality of management services. The provision of water is implied, but the negative reviewer's experience with other residents using their water suggests potential issues with community boundaries or oversight.
- Features: The "spacious layouts" and "thoughtfully designed" homes with "ample indoor storage" are highlighted as positive features by one resident. The availability of "convenient outdoor storage units" is another noted benefit. However, the negative review doesn't comment on the physical features of the homes or the park infrastructure. The issues with other residents using private property suggest a potential lack of enforcement of community rules or boundaries. The high rent mentioned by the negative reviewer ($1650.00) could be considered a feature (or disfeature) depending on the value received, especially in light of the reported additional unannounced bills.
No specific promotional information is mentioned in either of the provided reviews. Mobile home parks may sometimes offer incentives to attract new residents, such as reduced lot rent for an initial period or other move-in specials. Local users interested in any potential promotions at Bell-Air Estates should contact the park directly, keeping in mind the strongly negative experience reported with the current management.
For local users in Bellevue, Nebraska, seeking long-term housing options and considering mobile home parks, Bell-Air Estates Mobile Home Park presents a complex and potentially risky choice based on the sharply contrasting reviews. While one resident reported a positive experience with spacious homes, peaceful surroundings, and helpful staff during move-in, another described a highly negative experience with an "obnoxious" manager, unresolved neighborly issues, and questionable billing practices.
Given these conflicting accounts, it is crucial for prospective residents to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence. This should include contacting the park management to ask detailed questions about rental rates, lease terms, park rules, management policies, and how resident disputes are handled. A visit to the park to observe the environment and the condition of the community firsthand would be highly advisable. If possible, attempting to speak with current residents (beyond the limited online reviews) could provide valuable insights into the day-to-day living experience and the prevailing management style at Bell-Air Estates.
Key questions for potential residents might include:
- What are the current rental rates and what is included in the rent?
- What are the lease terms and conditions?
- What are the park's rules and regulations regarding resident behavior and property boundaries?
- What is the management's policy on addressing resident complaints and disputes?
- What procedures are in place for billing and notification of additional charges?
- What are the amenities and services provided within the community?
- What is the process for move-in and what support is provided to new residents?
In conclusion, Bell-Air Estates Mobile Home Park in Bellevue, Nebraska, offers the potential for spacious living in a location near the city center, as reported by one resident. However, serious concerns have been raised by another resident regarding the management's professionalism, handling of community issues, and billing practices. Local users considering Bell-Air Estates should proceed with extreme caution, conduct thorough research, and seek multiple perspectives before making a decision about residing in this community. The starkly contrasting reviews suggest a potentially inconsistent living experience depending on individual interactions with management and neighbors.

May 09, 2025 · Jordan BlakleyThis place is trash! The manager is the most obnoxious person I have ever come across! She will take pictures and send them to you all day at work!! If you have a complaint she will just laugh! I have had kids turn my water on outside, use my grand daughter's toys, and all she said was.. well was she using it? Note the point!!! I don't recommend this place at all!! Run as fast as you can from this place!!! I pay 1650.00 in rent but they like to tack on other bills without notice then say you owe 3 months back pay!!

Apr 30, 2025 · Zoe MorrisonWas extremely rude when trying to communicate with after seeing the home. Took a tour of the home on Saturday which was last minute and we were extremely thankful. I had a conversation with the girl (Echo) who I explained our very delicate situation, and that my family and I needed immediate housing that income wasn't and issue at with paying 3000 a month where we are at currently she then stopped replying to emails and not once returned a phone call or answered I then called the main office all Monday morning had to block the number to even get someone to answer, and then after complete silence was told after I sent all the proper paperwork verification, was denied because of income which was a laugh in my face, not to mention your application isn't even done correctly to put all necessary information on it anyways. If you wanted more verification I could have given it to you, but after just being rude to me and my pastor who was also trying to contact you to help us move, management is not customer appropriate at all, and have let lift up sarpy know as well. This is not the way you treat people. Everyone's situation is different, and too make someone explain everything before they even waste their time to apply just hurts families emotionally. Would recommend to just look the other way and rent from someone else.
Sep 17, 2024 · Breanna JonesJust went to their open house this weekend, wow their lots are so spacious, very nice! All their homes are brand new. The manager was so nice, so patient.
