Bellevue Terrace Introduce
Welcome to Bellevue Terrace, a mobile home park nestled at 2007 Betz Rd #21B in Bellevue, Nebraska. Situated within the vibrant community of Bellevue, Bellevue Terrace offers a long-term residential setting for individuals and families seeking a sense of community and affordable housing options. As you consider your choices for 'RV parks near me' or explore potential long-term living arrangements, Bellevue Terrace presents itself as a traditional mobile home park catering to residents looking for a place to call home.
Based on available information and real resident feedback, Bellevue Terrace fosters a community atmosphere where some residents have enjoyed long-term living. One long-time resident of over 20 years highlights the neighborly aspects of the community, acknowledging that, like any neighborhood, occasional interpersonal challenges may arise. This speaks to the established nature of the park and the potential for building lasting connections with fellow residents.
A significant positive aspect frequently mentioned by residents is the current management. Perla, the on-site manager, is consistently praised for her caring attitude, dedication to her role, and exceptional service. Residents appreciate her friendly demeanor and her proactive approach to addressing concerns in a timely manner. According to a resident, Perla is the "best manager I have had in this neighborhood," emphasizing her commitment to finding solutions and ensuring resident satisfaction. This strong management presence contributes significantly to the overall living experience within Bellevue Terrace.
However, it is important to provide a balanced perspective, and some resident feedback indicates areas where improvements are needed within the park. Concerns have been raised regarding the upkeep of certain areas and infrastructure. Specifically, one resident pointed out the prolonged presence of a completely gutted mobile home, which has remained in that state for at least two years. This suggests potential delays in addressing property maintenance and aesthetics within the community. Additionally, the condition of the roads within the park has been identified as needing repair. These maintenance-related issues are points that prospective residents should be aware of as they consider Bellevue Terrace.
Furthermore, the frequency of general maintenance, such as mowing empty lots, has been mentioned as inconsistent, occasionally leading to these areas becoming unsightly. This observation raises questions about the overall maintenance schedule and the prioritization of aesthetic upkeep throughout the park. The same resident also expressed concerns about the park's intention to raise rent without addressing these existing maintenance issues. This highlights a potential disconnect between the cost of living and the perceived level of service and upkeep within the community.
Another significant concern raised by a resident is the lack of proper street lighting at night, which is viewed as a safety issue by many residents. Adequate lighting is crucial for the security and comfort of any residential community, and this feedback suggests an area where investment and improvement could significantly enhance the living environment at Bellevue Terrace.
Considering the category of 'RV parks near me,' it's important to clarify that Bellevue Terrace primarily functions as a mobile home park for long-term residents and may not offer the typical short-term amenities and services associated with recreational vehicle parks. While the term 'park' is used in both contexts, the focus and infrastructure of a mobile home park are geared towards permanent or semi-permanent housing rather than temporary stays for RV travelers. Therefore, individuals specifically searching for overnight or short-term RV accommodations in the Bellevue area should explore other options that cater to those needs.
For those seeking a long-term residential community in Bellevue, Nebraska, Bellevue Terrace offers an established environment with a dedicated and well-regarded on-site manager. The community fosters a sense of neighborliness, and the proactive management is a significant asset for residents. However, prospective residents should also be aware of the reported maintenance concerns, including the upkeep of vacant properties, road conditions, and street lighting. It is advisable to visit the community, if possible, to assess the current conditions and determine if Bellevue Terrace aligns with individual housing needs and expectations.
While promotional information is not explicitly provided in the reviews, the positive feedback regarding the manager, Perla, serves as an indirect endorsement of the community's management and its commitment to resident care. This can be a significant factor for individuals seeking a responsive and supportive living environment. The long tenure of some residents also suggests a degree of satisfaction and stability within the community for those who have chosen to make Bellevue Terrace their home for many years.
In conclusion, Bellevue Terrace offers a mobile home park community in Bellevue, NE, with the key strength of an appreciated on-site manager. While residents value the community aspect and the responsiveness of the management, there are ongoing concerns related to property maintenance and infrastructure that prospective residents should consider. For individuals seeking long-term residency within a mobile home park setting in Bellevue, Bellevue Terrace presents a community with a dedicated manager and established neighborhood feel, but it is recommended to weigh the positive aspects against the reported areas needing improvement.

Bellevue Terrace Reviews
I've lived in this community for years..It's been pleasant living here, but if you can see by some of these pictures There are issues that the Park needs to Improve on.The one mobile Home that is Totally gutted has been like that for at least 2 year's and the park just leaves it that way, there are also a few issues with the roads within the community that needs fixed, but I guess the park is lucky if maintenance is here cleaning the empty lots(mowing) and etc.witch isn't very often until it becomes an eyesore..so so I can see why some tenants do what they want to do.....But yet they want to Raise the Rent and not fix issues..Even the Street Light's Need Maintained..I Feel as most of the Park Residents probably Feel the Same Way it's A Safety Issue Not Having Proper Street Light's at Night..
Jul 29, 2024 · Roxanne DaileyI have lived here for over 20 years. Sometimes you have difficulties with neighbors like any neighborhood. The best part of living here is the current manager Perla! She is very caring and does her job extremely well!!! Very friendly and the best manager I have had in this neighborhood. She addresses concerns timely and if she doesn't have an answer she finds one for you! Excellent manager!
Aug 30, 2021 · Tammy Q.I live here & love it! It’s family oriented & clean. The new owners are getting rid of all the old dilapidated trailers & putting brand new beautiful ones in. Space rent is very reasonable & I love the office manager! She’s Sooo much better than the last manager, cuz she actually knows what she’s doing.
Sep 25, 2020 · Michele BurchfieldPretty calm area. The only thing you have to worry is about the little children that are out on their own in the middle of the streets. Most of the times you have to wait for them to move because they usually won't. But other than that, it's a pretty safe place and no one really bothers you.
Sep 10, 2020 · Eduardo MV (Eddy)What can I say it's a trailer park. They do have a very interesting trailer it's a camper that someone has put additions on! If you're in the area I recommend you swoop through and check it out it truly is a sight to behold!
