For individuals in search of "RV parks near me" within the Castle Rock, Colorado area, particularly those considering long-term residency, Castle Park, situated at 2 Darren St, Castle Rock, CO 80109, presents itself as a mobile home park that may accommodate RVs for extended stays. To inquire about the park's specific policies regarding RVs, the availability of suitable lots, and the terms of residency, interested parties can contact Castle Park directly at (720) 510-3108 or +1 720-510-3108.
Online reviews offer contrasting perspectives on Castle Park, highlighting both potential positives and significant concerns. One recent review expresses strong dissatisfaction with the management, identified as Investment Property Group out of California. This reviewer alleges that the management prioritizes rent increases, making the park increasingly unaffordable for residents. They also claim that truthful negative reviews are being removed. Furthermore, this reviewer criticizes the management's handling of state-specific laws and the conduct of a regional manager, describing the overall management as a "JOKE." This feedback raises serious concerns about the transparency, affordability, and resident relations at Castle Park under its current management.
In contrast, another recent review offers a more positive initial impression. This reviewer, who recently purchased their daughter's home in Castle Park, describes the community as "very quiet very clean." They also commend the park manager, Danny, as "very helpful." This positive feedback suggests that the physical environment of Castle Park may be well-maintained and that at least one member of the management team is perceived favorably by some residents.
When considering Castle Park as a potential long-term RV living option within the context of "RV parks near me," it is crucial to weigh these divergent opinions carefully. The stark contrast between the two reviews indicates a potentially complex and varied resident experience. The serious allegations in the negative review regarding management practices, rent increases, and censorship of feedback should not be dismissed lightly and warrant thorough investigation by prospective residents.
To obtain a comprehensive and current understanding of Castle Park, individuals should directly contact the management using the provided phone numbers. Essential inquiries should include:
- The park's current policies regarding long-term RV residency, including the availability of suitable lots with necessary utility hookups (electricity, water, sewer).
- Specific details about the size and type of RVs accommodated and any associated restrictions.
- The current monthly lot rental fees for RVs and any history or expectations of future rent increases.
- All additional charges, including utilities, maintenance fees, and any community fees.
- The amenities and services offered within the park, such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, waste disposal, and security measures.
- The current management team and their policies for addressing resident concerns and maintaining community standards.
- Any specific rules or regulations that RV residents would need to adhere to.
Given the serious allegations in one of the reviews, it would also be prudent to inquire about the park's policies on rent increases, resident feedback, and communication. Understanding the management's approach to these areas is crucial for assessing the potential long-term stability and quality of life at Castle Park.
If possible, a visit to Castle Park would be highly recommended. This would allow prospective residents to assess the cleanliness and quietness mentioned in the positive review firsthand. It would also provide an opportunity to observe the overall atmosphere of the community and potentially speak with current residents (beyond those who have posted online reviews) to gain a broader range of perspectives on the management and living conditions.
The mention of "Investment Property Group out of California" in the negative review suggests that Castle Park is part of a larger management company. Investigating the reputation and track record of this management group may also provide additional context for potential residents.
In conclusion, Castle Park in Castle Rock, Colorado, presents a mobile home park that may offer long-term RV living options. While one recent review praises the cleanliness and helpfulness of the park manager, another raises significant concerns about rent affordability, management practices, and transparency. Prospective residents searching for "RV parks near me" should prioritize direct communication with the management to obtain current and detailed information on RV policies, fees, amenities, and management practices. Additionally, a visit to the park and, if possible, conversations with current residents are strongly recommended to form a well-rounded assessment before making a decision about long-term residency at Castle Park.

Castle Park Reviews
Love how reviews are taken down when speaking the truth. Management aka Investment Property Group out of California is a JOKE. Only keep this park cuz they raise rents constantly. Making it NON affordable. Listen to residents and don't take word from drunk ones who are upset because they were homewreckers who don't have jobs and bounce around from other residents husbands, wives, etc. Have this review removed and it's going further up the ladder and will report to BBB. On top of everything, this company can't control the different laws for the states they operate in. And when a regional manager is hired and spreads rumors Jennifer Peters....a JOKE especially when u have to take notes on meetings to send and have graded....a joke

Jan 13, 2024 · kendraCan't park on the street (in front of your own trailer), no additional parking for your own cars or guests. Rent raises $100 per year. They charge you for water to keep their own lots looking good and make you pay out of your own pocket to xeroscape their lots. Will install new mailboxes and dog stations, but won't build a park for the children.Might seem like one of the nicer parks but looks can be deceiving. Would give 0 stars if possible.
