Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park Introduce
Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park, located at 100 Wesley Dr #33, East Alton, IL 62024, USA, is a mobile home park that may be considered by individuals searching for "RV parks near me" in the East Alton area. While primarily a mobile home park, some such communities may accommodate long-term RV stays. However, recent publicly available information raises significant concerns regarding the safety and management of this property, which potential residents, including those with RVs, should carefully consider.
The provided information includes concerning reports of law enforcement activity within Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park. Specifically, there is a detailed account of a search warrant executed by the Bethalto Investigations Division at a residence within the park, resulting in the seizure of a substantial quantity of methamphetamine and presumed fentanyl/heroin. Multiple arrests were made, with individuals charged with serious felony offenses related to drug possession and intent to deliver. This incident highlights a significant law enforcement presence and suggests potential issues related to illegal drug activity within the community.
Furthermore, a separate incident is reported involving an individual using a counterfeit US Passport and attempting to pass a fraudulent check at a local bank. This individual was apprehended near Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park at the same time the drug-related search warrant was being executed. While this incident did not directly involve the park management or other residents, the fact that it occurred in close proximity and at the same time as the drug arrests may contribute to concerns about the overall environment and safety of the area.
In addition to the serious law enforcement incidents, a review from a resident who claims to have rented at Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park for the past two years expresses strong dissatisfaction. This resident states, "I don't recommend this place at all it is terrible now." The specific complaint raised is regarding a lack of payment of the electric bill by the landlord, resulting in the resident being without electricity for eight days. The resident also alleges that the landlord "likes to everyone," suggesting a broader issue with communication or management practices. This account raises significant concerns about the reliability of utility services and the overall management responsiveness to resident needs.
Considering these points in the context of someone searching for "RV parks near me" for a potentially long-term stay, the information available about Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park presents a concerning picture. The reported drug-related arrests and the resident's account of a prolonged lack of essential utilities due to alleged mismanagement are serious red flags. While mobile home parks can sometimes offer a more affordable long-term option compared to traditional RV parks, the potential safety issues and unreliable services suggested by this information should give any prospective resident significant pause.
Features that are typically important for those seeking "RV parks near me," such as the availability of hookups (water, electricity, sewer), laundry facilities, recreational areas, and security measures, are not mentioned in the provided information. Given the negative reports, it would be crucial for any individual considering Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park for an RV stay to conduct thorough due diligence. This would involve visiting the property in person (if possible and safe), speaking with current residents (if feasible), and directly inquiring with management about the availability of RV amenities, safety protocols, and their response to the issues raised in the public reports and resident reviews.
There is no promotional information available for Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park in the provided text. In light of the serious concerns raised, any potential promotions would need to be weighed against the reported safety and management issues. It is strongly recommended that prospective residents prioritize their safety and basic living needs when considering this or any other "RV park near me."
In conclusion, based on the publicly available information, Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park in East Alton, IL, appears to be a community with significant challenges. The reported drug-related law enforcement activity and a resident's account of prolonged utility disruption due to alleged mismanagement raise serious concerns about safety and the reliability of basic services. For individuals searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to be aware of these issues. While the park may offer long-term residency options, potential residents, including those with RVs, should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough independent investigation before considering living at Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park. The negative reports suggest that this location may not provide the safe and stable living environment that most RVers and mobile home residents seek.

Neumann's Olde Oak Ridge Park Reviews
This is 3rd drug bust at same residence and same family. The Bethalto Police Department would like to highlight our Patrol and Investigations divisions with two recent arrests. On March 26th, the Bethalto Investigations Division executed a search warrant in the 100 block of Wesley Drive. The search warrant was given after receiving information about narcotics being sold out of a particular trailer. BPD Investigators conducted surveillance and acquired probable cause for the search warrant. BPD was assisted by the United States Marshalls Service and the Madison County SET team during the execution of the search warrant. The results of the search warrant was the seizure of approximately 30 grams of methamphetamine and 152 pills, “buttons”, of presumed fentanyl/heroin. BPD Investigators arrested Douglas A Peterson who was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, a class X Felony and Possession of Methamphetamine, a class 1 Felony. A second subject in the residence was also arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, a class 1 Felony and had two additional warrants. That subject was identified as Brittany K Ashcraft. The second arrest stems from an individual using a counterfeit US Passport to acquire money from a local bank on March 24th. The bank notified BPD Patrol officers who were able to identify the vehicle used and later the subject. Officers learned that the subject had committed similar crimes in local jurisdictions recently. On March 26th, at the same time the search warrant was being executed at the Wesley Driver Trailer Park, that same individual returned to the same bank to try and pass a fraudulent check. The bank notified BPD Patrol and the subject fled. BPD units were able to locate and stop the vehicle on IL 270. The subject was identified as Johnny Gonzalez from Newark, New Jersey. Gonzalez was taken into custody and has been charged with Forgery, a class 3 Felony, and Attempted Identify Theft, a class 3 Felony.

May 26, 2023 · Gary HendricksThe roads are covered with holes that need rock. From what I see is most ground maintenance is each individual that has a spot there caring for their own area. Have never seen a grounds keeper.
