Waterview Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you searching for "RV Parks Near Me" in the Hayes, Virginia area? Waterview Mobile Home Park, located at 3991 J Leonards Pl, Hayes, VA 23072, presents itself as a potential option for those seeking long-term mobile home living. This introduction aims to provide local users with a detailed overview of the park, drawing upon available information to offer an objective perspective.
Waterview Mobile Home Park can be contacted at (818) 300-7623 or via mobile phone at +1 818-300-7623. While the park's name suggests a potentially scenic environment, it's crucial for prospective residents to consider all aspects before making a decision. Information readily available online, particularly from customer reviews, paints a picture that diverges significantly from what one might expect from a community emphasizing its amenities.
Based on feedback from individuals who claim to have lived or visited Waterview Mobile Home Park, there are several concerns that potential residents should be aware of. These reviews indicate a mix of older and newer, albeit used, trailers within the park. A recurring theme in the feedback is the perceived high cost of lot rent in comparison to other options in the Gloucester, Virginia area. This is a significant factor for those operating on a budget and actively searching within the "RV Parks Near Me" category for affordable long-term living solutions.
Furthermore, the reviews raise questions about the usability and cost-effectiveness of the park's amenities. While the landlord is mentioned as praising these features, customers report that the clubhouse, a central amenity in many mobile home parks, is not equipped with heating or air conditioning and requires a separate rental fee for use. Additionally, residents allegedly face charges for the use of amenities, alongside water bills, despite the absence of individual water meters for each lot. This lack of individual metering can lead to unpredictable and potentially higher water expenses for residents.
A particularly concerning aspect highlighted in the reviews pertains to safety and community standards. It is claimed that criminal background checks are not conducted for residents, and there are allegations of drug sales and use within the park. Such issues can significantly impact the quality of life and the sense of security for residents. Moreover, multiple reviews mention a prevalent roach problem in the majority of the trailers, suggesting potential pest control issues within the community.
Prospective residents should also be cautious regarding discrepancies between information presented on the park's website and the actual costs quoted by management. One review specifically mentions a significantly higher monthly living expense quoted in person compared to what was advertised online. This discrepancy underscores the importance of direct communication with the management and obtaining written confirmation of all fees and charges before committing to residency.
Considering these points, individuals searching within the "RV Parks Near Me" category who come across Waterview Mobile Home Park should exercise due diligence. The feedback from past residents suggests potential challenges related to cost, amenity access, safety, and maintenance. While the park's location in Hayes, Virginia, might be appealing for its proximity to local attractions or personal reasons, it is essential to weigh these factors against the reported living conditions and community environment.
For those actively seeking "RV Parks Near Me" for long-term living, it is advisable to thoroughly research multiple options, visit potential parks in person, and speak with current residents if possible. In the case of Waterview Mobile Home Park, the stark contrast between potential advertised features and the experiences shared by reviewers warrants a cautious and informed approach. It is recommended to seek clarification on all fees, amenity access policies, and safety measures directly from the management. Additionally, inquiring about pest control procedures and the overall community environment would be prudent steps for any prospective resident.
Ultimately, the decision of where to reside is a significant one. When exploring "RV Parks Near Me," the goal is to find a community that offers not only the necessary infrastructure but also a comfortable, safe, and affordable living environment. The information available regarding Waterview Mobile Home Park suggests that potential residents should proceed with caution and ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the actual living conditions and costs involved before making a commitment. It is always wise to compare multiple options within the "RV Parks Near Me" category to find the best fit for individual needs and preferences.

Waterview Mobile Home Park Reviews
Old trailers mixed in with newer but used trailers. The lot rent is the highest in Gloucester Va. Land lord praises the amenities but you have to rent the club house which has no heat or ac. You are charged for use of the amenities as well as water. No lots have water meters. Criminal background checks are not conducted. Drug sales and use are apparent in the trailer park. Most of the trailers have a roach problem. I would not live here if it was the last place in the universe.
Jul 19, 2023 · Robert WagnerWebsite says complete different information on cost to live here. Go speak with the girl managing it and you'll find that they want over 2500 thousand dollars a month to live here in a trailer the neighborhood is very trailer park trash
Jan 20, 2024 · Chris AndersonDriving through there is like driving off road on an old logging trail, very bumpy, and lots of holes to dodge. The roads are terrible, and there's a massive dip at the end of carrie rd where it intersects with j leonards pl, and no sign to warn you before you run into it and get stuck or mess up your car. And then there's the speed bumps, which are very hard to see until you're right on them. They need to be repainted with the florescent yellow road paint, before they destroy someone's undercarriage on their car.But aside from the nightmarish roads, it's a very quiet community. It just needs new roads.
Jan 02, 2019 · Ben PriorAwesome place, friendly cool people in this trailer court. I enjoyed spending time with these folks who graced me and my crew with open arms.
Jun 25, 2023 · Cathleen A CassidyAwful management and even worse owner. Mark Livingston is a slum Lord. And will screw you any way he can. And the drug users in the back of the park are terrible
