Based on the available reviews from residents, the experience at Country Manor appears to be somewhat varied. One resident described it as the "greatest place to live in," highlighting several positive aspects of the community. This reviewer mentioned the presence of a cabana equipped with grills, providing a space for cookouts with friends and family. Additionally, they noted a playground located near the cabana, which is a significant amenity for families with children. The presence of a pond within the neighborhood was also mentioned, although its use has reportedly changed over time. Initially a fishing spot, it is now primarily home to geese and ducks, which the reviewer expressed disappointment about due to the loss of the fishing opportunity.
However, another review presents a starkly contrasting perspective on the management and overall care of the property. This resident described the management as "poor" and cited issues with "poor help" and a "poor attitude." They further claimed that when things broke, "no one cares." A particularly concerning detail shared in this review involves a situation where the resident's mother-in-law allegedly needed a ramp that was never built, resulting in her being "stuck in the house until she passed away." The reviewer also stated that upon her passing and their subsequent move, the management allegedly added the money owed by the deceased to their account, indicating a lack of empathy or proper handling of resident accounts.
Considering these two reviews, it is important for potential residents exploring "rv parks near me" and considering Country Manor for long-term living to weigh these contrasting experiences carefully. The positive review suggests a community with social amenities like a cookout area and a playground, which can be attractive to families and those who value community interaction. The presence of a pond, even if no longer for fishing, might still contribute to the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood and provide a natural element.
On the other hand, the negative review raises significant concerns about the management's responsiveness to resident needs, the quality of maintenance, and their overall attitude towards residents. The specific instance regarding the unbuilt ramp and its impact on the resident's mother-in-law is particularly troubling and suggests potential issues with addressing accessibility needs and showing compassion towards residents facing health challenges. The claim about the handling of the deceased resident's account also points to potential problems with administrative processes and customer service.
For individuals actively searching within the "rv parks near me" category in Mooresville, Indiana, Country Manor offers a location within the area and some stated amenities. However, the conflicting resident feedback necessitates a thorough and cautious approach. It would be prudent for prospective residents to conduct their own due diligence. This could include visiting the property in person to assess the environment and the condition of the amenities mentioned. If possible, speaking with current residents who have not left reviews could provide a more balanced and up-to-date understanding of the living conditions and management practices at Country Manor.
Given the lack of specific promotional information in the provided text, it is impossible to comment on any special offers or incentives that Country Manor might currently be providing to attract new residents. Therefore, it is crucial for interested parties to contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers to inquire about lot availability, rental rates, lease terms, and any current promotions. During this direct communication, prospective residents should also feel empowered to ask specific questions related to the concerns raised in the negative review, such as maintenance procedures, accessibility accommodations, and resident support services.
In conclusion, Country Manor in Mooresville, Indiana, presents a mobile home park option for those searching within the "rv parks near me" category for long-term living. While one review highlights community amenities like a cabana, grills, a playground, and a pond, another review expresses serious concerns about the quality of management, maintenance, and resident care. Potential residents should carefully consider these contrasting perspectives and conduct thorough personal research, including a site visit and direct communication with the management and possibly current residents, before making a decision about living at Country Manor.

Country Manor Reviews
Greatest place to live in. there's a cabana with a few grills for cookouts with friends and family. There's also a playground near the cabana for the kids to play on. There's even a pond in the neighborhood that used to be for fishing but now it's just a place for the geese and the ducks to swim in,and makes me mad to lose a pretty good fishing spot just because a couple of people were mad that people were having fun and enjoying fishing in the pond
