New Vision Mobile Home Community is located at 12623 Co Rd 6 in Brighton, Colorado. While the platform category is "RV parks near me," it is important to clarify that New Vision primarily serves as a residential mobile home community where individuals own their homes and lease the land. Although some mobile home parks may accommodate RVs for extended stays, it is crucial to verify this directly with the management if you are searching within the "RV parks near me" category for long-term RV living options in the Brighton area.
For inquiries about residency, potential RV accommodations, or any other information, New Vision Mobile Home Community can be contacted at (303) 659-1781 or +1 303-659-1781. Speaking directly with the park's management will provide the most accurate and current details regarding lot rent, community regulations, available amenities, and any specific policies concerning different types of dwellings.
The customer reviews for New Vision Mobile Home Community present contrasting perspectives on the living experience. One reviewer expresses significant concerns about the park's infrastructure and environment. They highlight the presence of numerous and large potholes throughout the community and note that the entrance is a dirt road. These conditions can impact the ease of access and the overall quality of the roads within the park, potentially leading to vehicle damage and inconvenience for residents and visitors alike.
Furthermore, this reviewer describes the condition of many mobile homes in the community as "falling apart," suggesting a lack of upkeep or aging infrastructure within the park. This can affect the overall aesthetic appeal and potentially the safety and comfort of the residents. The issue of parking is also raised, with the reviewer stating that many residents apparently do not have designated parking spaces, leading to trucks being parked on the already narrow "streets." This can create traffic congestion and safety hazards within the community.
A particularly concerning issue mentioned by this reviewer is the quality of the drinking water, which is described as "horrible." They report that the water feels soapy on their hands even without soap, which is an unusual and potentially indicative of contamination or a problem with the water supply. This is a significant health and hygiene concern for the residents of the community.
In contrast to these negative observations, another reviewer offers a brief but positive assessment, stating, "It's a great place to live good neighbors." This suggests that despite the infrastructure and environmental concerns raised by the other reviewer, some residents find the community to be a positive living environment, possibly due to the social aspects and neighborly interactions.
In terms of services and features, the provided reviews offer limited information. The negative review focuses on infrastructure issues (potholes, dirt road), the condition of homes, parking problems, and the quality of drinking water. The positive review simply mentions "good neighbors," highlighting a social aspect of the community. Details about other potential amenities such as a clubhouse, laundry facilities, recreational areas, or specific utilities are not provided in the given reviews.
Promotional information for New Vision Mobile Home Community might focus on the sense of community suggested by the positive review ("good neighbors") and the affordability that mobile home living can often offer. They might also highlight the location in Brighton, emphasizing access to local amenities and the surrounding area. However, in light of the significant negative feedback regarding infrastructure, the condition of homes, parking, and water quality, potential residents should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence.
For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category who might be considering New Vision Mobile Home Community for long-term RV living (if permitted), it is crucial to inquire specifically about the park's policies on RVs, the amenities available for RV sites, the cost of lot rental for RVs, and whether they are subject to the same infrastructure and environmental conditions reported by the mobile home residents. The concerns raised about the roads, parking, and water quality would be particularly relevant for RV dwellers considering an extended stay.
The contrasting reviews underscore the importance of seeking a balanced perspective and gathering comprehensive information before making a decision about living in New Vision Mobile Home Community. The significant infrastructure and environmental concerns raised by one reviewer should be carefully considered alongside the positive mention of good neighbors. Potential residents are advised to visit the park, assess the conditions firsthand, and if possible, speak with current residents to gain a more complete understanding of the living experience.
In conclusion, New Vision Mobile Home Community in Brighton, Colorado, presents a mixed picture based on the limited available resident reviews. While one resident reports a positive experience with good neighbors, another raises serious concerns about the park's infrastructure (potholes, dirt road), the condition of some mobile homes, parking issues, and the poor quality of the drinking water. For those in the "RV parks near me" category considering long-term living options, it is essential to ascertain New Vision's policies on RVs and to thoroughly investigate the current conditions and amenities. The negative feedback, particularly regarding water quality and infrastructure, suggests that prospective residents should proceed with caution and seek detailed information before making any commitments.

New Vision Mobile Home Community Reviews
There's so many potholes here and big ones! The entrance is a dirt road, most mobile homes here are falling apart and apperantly most don't have parking so people park their trucks on the already narrow "street", also the drinking water at this mobil home park is horrible, the water feels soapy on your hands without the soap 🤢
